-About form still had foreign text present.
 Changed code associated with about form, I was cutting/pasting and forgetting to update some text.

Changes:
-Moved a tickbox option to the menu under a "configuration" heading.
-Added capability to leave track breaks intact.
-Renamed "Lock target to From:" to "Tie target to From:".
 This was done because technically, the target was never "locked", it
  could always be changed later if desired.
-Added more help to the about box.
-Added an icon.
Bugfixes:
-The default for one of the tickboxes was not set correctly at startup.
-Now checks Ozi and API version before proceeding with track merge.
