Kaiyu Enterprises Inc is an independent organisation and a legal entity under the Associations Incorporation Act (NSW 1984). Our incorporation number is Y2595939.

The Australian Tax Office has recognised our organisation as a Public Benevolent Institution. This gives us status as a charity. We are registered for the GST and our Australian Business Number is: 17 486 318 372.

We have authority from the NSW Office of Charities to conduct fundraising activities and appeals until 9 th November 2008 . Our Charitable Fundraising Number is: CFN15867.
