Bassett of Ethervale, Derriwong, has sold out and shortly intends to seek fresh fields and pastures new. This gentleman has sold his estate of 1000 acres with improvements st 30 shillings per acre to Mr J Berryman of Narromine, who is to take possession on 1st February 1901. Mr Bassett selected this land fifteen years ago and by hard work and perseverance has despite many obstacles been able to hold his own and progress.4
