KERR COTTAGE offers a different concept in short term serviced accommodation. Particular attention is given to the individual needs of each guest. Your stay with us will be in very spacious living conditions because you will have sole use of a completely equipped two bedroom cottage on a shady residential block. Relax and enjoy a BBQ in the privacy of your backyard, or a cup of coffee or breakfast in the morning sun on your front patio. All this is within a short walk of the CBD in Penrith, and all the restaurants, professional services, facilities and convenience that this offers.

KERR COTTAGE is air conditioned by quiet and very effective split reverse cycle units. A separate internal laundry in the cottage offers a clothes dryer and ironing equipment at no charge. Free pay TV and BBQ facilities are also provided on the premises. An eat-in kitchen and an old-world charm bathroom complete the scene. Self-catering breakfast baskets are available, and a full range of fast food and formal eating establishments are within a short walk. Penrith RSL and Bowling Clubs are only a 10 to 15 minute walk away.

KERR COTTAGE is a leisurely five minute walk to both Nepean Hospital, and the new Jamison Private Hospital. The cottage offers an opportunity for families to group together when loved ones require medical attention. The cottage is also conveniently close to medical and dental practices, including those of medical specialists.

Penrith offers an increasing range of tourist attractions, including the Olympic Regatta and Whitewater Rafting centres, the Nepean Belle and the Museum of Fire. All the attractions that both Sydney and the breath-taking Blue Mountains offer are within easy range.
