Kylea

TRIBAL DANCE TEACHER
-KYLEA HARTLEY-

Kylea has been dancing since she was a child, learning from her mother who was also a dance teacher.
Her unique style has developed from extensive training in both American Tribal style and Middle Eastern Dance.
She has learnt from many international dancers and draws inspiration from the likes of Rachel Brice Carolena Nerriccio and Dalia Carella.
The result is a dynamic fusion, blending the fiery strength of Flamenco Gypsy with the earthiness of traditional Belly Dance.

In 2004 she became South Australia's first ATS teacher when she founded Tribe Vibe Dance and "updated" the local belly dance scene.
Since then she has earned a strong reputation for her inspiring teaching style, clear instruction and attention to detail.

Kylea is an innovative choreographer and specializes in troupe performance training.
She regularly attends master workshops both locally and interstate to further her dance skills and has sponsored international guests Paulette Rees Denis Devi Mamak and Sue Erokan to perform and teach Tribal dance workshops in Adelaide.

Kylea loves dancing with her students and feels that her artistic expression is fully realised in TribeVibe's unique style of bellydance fusion.
