Question: Do you suffer from stress?
Answer: No, but I think I'm a carrier.

Question: What have you been doing lately?
Answer: I've been practicing meditation.
Retort: Good, at least you're not sitting around doing nothing.

Avoid Seriousness - It makes your humourless.

When you feel good about yourself - Any way you laugh feels great.

The best that can happen is that when you laugh, others will laugh with you
So why worry about what they will think of you if you laugh funny.

Laughter is funny.

Laughing can lead to feeling too good to cry.

Laughter leads to feeling great.

Don't be a grouch who finds life an ouch.
Be someone who wins with a face full of grins.

LAUGHTER IS FUNSATIONAL.

Men and women in marrying make a vow to LOVE one another.
Would it not be better for their happiness, if they made a vow to LAUGH with each other .

Laughter is the managing director of the movers and shakers of your body .

Laughter is to the body like a grease & oil change is to a car - If we don't grease our internals with laughter and oil our souls with good attitude, we seize up & conk out.
