Please be advised of the cancellation policy at Malvern Natural Health Care.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice - 50% of the scheduled fee.

Missed appointments - 100% of the sceduled fee.

• Remedies [if required] are an additional investment, however, emphasis will be placed on keeping this cost within your budget. We stock high quality 'Practitioner Only' products.

• Please allow an extra 15 minutes at the end of your consultation in case of delays.

• Payments must be made by cash, EFTPOS, credit card or cheque at the conclusion of the consultation, we do not invoice.

• Please bring with you any relevant documents concerning your health, e.g.: details of current medications, X-rays, etc to your first consultation.
