That poor referee, though!! That shoe in the face must have hurt. (I liked the segment with Colin where he mentioned that the shoes weren't bad; it was worse on bowling-ball giveaway night!) Sean was hilarious last night as a commentator! I don't know how he does it. Here are some of my favourite comments from him: "I would have thought Quebec would have home ice advantage but they're being betrayed by local fans. I wouldn't be surprised if someone is murdered tonight." "I'm so excited. My pants are completely full." "The West is really kicking the small piece of wood out of Quebec." (In response to the other host calling Sean a math wizard) "Thank you, I am a wizard. Come to my cave." "Quebec is running out of time and they might have to slide out on a big rubber raft." "I'll be preparing for tomorrow night by covering myself with live lemmings." Just a few other comments: -I thought the segments with Colin were very funny but too short -Dean Haglund (sp?) and that other guy who got the MVP were great -Toronto is NOT hell!!!!!! :) -Go Ontario!!!!!!!!!!! :~::~::~::~::~::~: Lucy ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Message thread: Jessie: An article about the World Improv Championships (original title eh? *G*) (23-Jul-1999 08:52:44) Lucy: Thanks Jessie!
