FAQ

Q: What are the benefits of a PET PERSONAL ASSISTANT?

A: You and your pet will have the benefit of personalised service tailored for your needs by a qualified Vet Nurse. With our experience in the Veterinary industry, we will always be aware of your pet's needs or health issues.

Q: Do you have Public Liability insurance?

A: Yes we do!

Q: How many dogs do you walk at any one time?

A: We don't do large groups (less than 4 generally). Dogs are social animals and they enjoy time with a 'Canine Mate'. We will always match them up with dogs they like to have some fun with, providing they can cope with this. Our policy is to have control and adequate supervision of all dogs so that all care can be taken.

Q: Do you let the dogs off leash?

A: Only if and when we know the dog well and are 100% confident that they listen to us. This is always in safe off-leash areas only. Never on street walks!

Q: What methods do you use to train dogs?

A: Positive reinforcement and behavioral modification methods. Continuing education is encouraged.

Q: What is involved with 'Holiday Care'?

A: We will feed your cat or dog and walk your dog up to twice daily. We will clean up for your pet and make them comfy. We will turn lights on at night, empty your mail box and put your bins out.

Q: What areas of Sydney do you service?

A: Currently we operate on the Northern Beaches, but have a network of Vet Nurses in other parts of Sydney, so always ask us!

Q: Do you board cats or dogs?

A: No we don't have boarding facilities, but we will come to your home when you go away on holidays.
