- Development of school Novell Netware based network comprising three Netware 4.11 "User" servers, four Netware 3.11 DHCP/Routing/CD-ROM servers & approximately 550 workstations.
- Integration of Educational & Administrative networks to improve electronic communication throughout the school.
- Planning & implementing the upgrade of network protocols to allow connection to the Internet and development of an Intranet. Work on this was begun in 1996 when permanent Internet connections for Secondary Schools were considered impractical & unnecessary.
- Integration of Windows & Unix based services into existing school Novell Network
