I pride myself on using thought-out, individually tailored hypnosis programs for all of my clients. I believe it is important to take a detailed case history, so that I can better understand your specific needs. We are all unique individuals and therefore the number of sessions required often varies. Some people may see results immediatley, and some need up to three sessions to fully embrace their new non-smoking lifestyle.
