Pre-Marriage Counselling
Welcome to Circles Counselling
Life presents us with many opportunities to grow and evolve as human beings. Relationships are one of the most powerful of such opportunities.
Friendships, family relationships and perhaps most of all marriages and intimate sexual partnerships offer some of our deepest teachings.
When we fall in love we feel wonderfully joyous; thereĆs a spring in our step, a smile on our face and a song in our heart. Life seems perfect - for a while! Then the work begins. Most of us soon realize that loving someone and living with them can be two very different things.
So what can we do to build long term, solid and satisfying relationships that throughout all the ups and downs of life, keep love alive?
One of the best ways is to use our own love as a source of guidance.
When we fall in love, a body of love begins to grow, a love that is a real living force that continually move and changes. When we learn how to tune into this love as a source of nourishment and support everything changes. Relationship becomes a journey of exploration deeper and deeper into love rather than a battlefield where we try and change each other.
The journey of love and into deep intimate relationship is one of the greatest journeys any of us can undertake. Sometimes we need a therapist to help guide us.
How can a therapist help you?
1.By showing you ways to communicate with each other more clearly.
2. By showing you how you can use conflict and difference to deepen your connection and enrich your love.
3. By explaining how love works in families and how to naturally extend your love to others.
