Meditation is a wonderful technique that is used to enhance our lifestyle and wellbeing, by bringing about a feeling of calm throughout the body and mind.
Meditation practised frequently has the ability to slow down our breathing and our heart rate thus lowering blood pressure, other benefits are strengthening the immune system, improving circulation and is a wonderful tool for managing stress and anxiety.
Meditation is something that can be practised alone or in groups. Even 10mins a day of meditation can bring about a feeling of calm and tranquillity.
