The Journey 
I believe the journey is as important as the outcome.
I am in the photo on the left hand side at the top in Year 8 in 1974.
Here there is information on my personal and professional life, all summarised in my Wiki. I would like to keep a record of what I have been doing.
I have kept a journal for 25 years and now it is a blog. It started out in a book I shared with mates from work on Friday afternoons in Bowral in the 1980s. We all wrote in it.
I kept it up and it has evolved and exists now as my running and life blog Plu Runs and Web 2.0 Blog. I also have a traditional web page on Running.
What is the real purpose of all this effort? So my kids can read about their Dad when he is long gone. For example, why I stopped traffic on Pennant Hills Road to get this photo.
