She comforted us, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She has so many special qualities and is so suited for what must be a difficult profession.
She's worth more than her fee, and anyone using her service would have such a satisfied, comforted feeling. She's such a beautiful person, inside and out. I can't praise her enough.

I found in a strange way that it was hard to write to 'White Lady Funerals', a letter that could be seen as a reference, but I have no such concerns in letting you know that we were truly grateful for your gentle and professional support on every occasion we met.
It is with some regret, we cannot recall the whole service, but have been told by many, it was one of the nicest services they have ever seen.
When the 'Ladies' marched off up the road followed by Mum, both Daphne and I felt that she was in safe hands and would be treated with the dignity and respect she deserved.
We later on, both related to each other, how a calming effect went through us at this time, and we want you to know that you played no small part in this comfort that we felt.
The time you spent with us in our home, and on the day, was as such, that we felt you belonged, and we had known you nearly all our lives.
Once again, thank you, we will keep the copy of the service for the rest of our lives."
