VietHelp's Inaugural Fund Raising Dinner on Saturday July 1st 2006, at Anabella Receptions, Melbourne.

The VietHelp Team would like to express its sincere thanks to all guests who particpated in and attended its 2006 Annual "Hearts of Gold" Charity Dinner held on Saturday 01/07/2006 at Anabella Receptions, Melbourne, Australia.

The night was an outstanding success with over 420 guests dressed in a gold item of clothing attending to help raise funds for
VietHelp's many projects in Vietnam.

All guests were treated to an exquisite six-course dinner wonderfully prepared by the Anabella Receptions team. As the night progressed, overwhelming genoristy prevailed as guests "dug deep" to purchase raffle and lucky draw tickets or to make much needed and invaluable donations.

Towards the end of the night, guests bid with great spirit, gusto and enthusiasm during the much anticipated and exciting charity auction. As the wonderful pop and more traditional folk Vietnamese music played throughout the night, the dance floor lit up as all guests, young and old, traded in their dinner shoes for dancing shoes!

The dinner was an example of the change that is possible when people come together and put their minds, and their efforts, towards a worthy cause. All "Golden Hearts" guests on the night recognised the suffering that exists for many third world children, by being proactive and demonstrating that they were willing to be a part of the steps towards creating a better future for many young lives.

Overall, it was a wonderful night and VietHelp hopes to improve on this success for next year's dinner! THANK YOU
