Adventure Path House Rules
Unlike my Selentia campaign, which uses my complex
and non-standard Potestas house rules, the Adventure
Path campaign used standard 3.5 edition D&D core rules with some additional
material. Most of the additional material is from official 3.5 edition supplements
like Arcana Unearthed and from Dragon magazine, but there are also some house
rules that I've created which have been "canonised" by the GM.
- Swashbuckler core class - designed
for another player character because the Complete Warrior swashbuckler wasn't
what she was looking for. The starting-point for the class was the non-spellcasting
variant ranger from Complete Warrior, but replacing some of the ranger class
abilities with swashbuckler and duelist class abilities.
- Extra Use of Granted Powers
feat - designed for my character, Freris.
The starting-point for the feat were feats like Extra Smiting and Extra Rage
that give a character two additional uses of a class ability per day: I changed
that to one use per day of two class abilities, then made the feat generic
rather than specific.
