Potestas: a D&D3E supplement

Creatures

Humanoid

A humanoid usually has two arms, two legs, and one head, or a humanlike torso, arms, and a head. Humanoids have few or no supernatural or extraordinary abilities, but most can speak and usually have well-developed societies. They usually are Small, Medium or Large size.

Humanoids with 1 Hit Die exchange the features of their humanoid Hit Die for the class features of a PC or NPC class. Humanoids with more than 1 Hit Die are the only humanoids who make use of the features of the humanoid type.

Attack and Defence: Humanoids can have one good and one poor progression; or two average progressions.
Magic Power and Power Points: Humanoids have poor progression.
Class Skills: Humanoids have 8 class skills.
Skills Points per level: 4 + Int modifier.
Bonus Save Feats: Humanoids have two bonus save feats.
Bonus Armour & Weapon Proficiency Feats: Humanoids have 3 bonus armour proficiency and weapon proficiency feats.
Traits: Unless noted otherwise, humanoids can speak, and need to eat, sleep, and breathe.
