cast or a spell-like ability is being used. It immediately counters and negates
another spell or spell-like ability of equal or fewer Power points. It provides
no protection against a more powerful spell or spell-like ability.
Restriction: Choose one type of magic (arcane, divine, innate).
This spell can only counter and negate magic of that type. Only a divine spellcaster
can counter and negate a divine spell or spell-like ability.
Heightened: Each additional Power point makes it more likely
that the spell will overcome the other magic spell.
