Conjuration (Creation) [Element]
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close
Effect: See text
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No
Minimum Power Points: 0

You create up to 16 pounds of a pure element.
Note: Conjuration spells can't create substances or objects within a creature.
Restriction: Choose one element when you learn this spell. This spell only creates that element. Different elements have different effects.
Air: Pure air takes the form of air or ether, at the caster's choice. It provides sufficient air for all characters in a 5-ft square to breathe for 1 round.
Earth: Pure earth takes the form of dirt or stone, at the caster's choice. It provides sufficient materials to cover a 5-ft square with one inch of dirt or rubble, making it difficult terrain.
Fire: Pure fire burns for 1 round without any accelerant. It sheds bright light in a 20-foot radius (and dim light for an additional 20 feet). Fire can ignite flammable substances in a 5-ft square, causes 1 point of fire damage, and has a chance of setting a character's clothes, hair, or attended objects on fire (Reflex save negates). If a creature's clothes or hair catch fire, they take 4 points of fire damage immediately, and may attempt another Reflex save in each subsequent round. Success means the fire has gone out, and the creature stops taking damage. Failure means the character takes another 4 points of fire damage. A creature on fire may automatically extinguish the flames by jumping into enough water to douse itself. If no body of water is at hand, rolling on the ground or smothering the fire with cloaks or the like permits the creature another save with a +4 bonus.
Plant: Pure plant takes the form of wood, hay, leaves, or grain, at the caster's choice. It provides sufficient materials to cover a 5-ft square with one inch of lumber, or to feed 2 medium creatures for one day (the food is highly nourishing, though rather bland).
Water: Pure water weighs about 8 pounds per gallon. One cubic foot of water contains roughly 8 gallons and weighs about 60 pounds. Created water is wholesome and drinkable, just like clean rain water. Water can be created in an area as small as will actually contain the liquid, or in an area three times as large - possibly creating a downpour or filling many small receptacles. It provides sufficient water to covera a 5-ft square with a thin layer of fluid.
Heightened: Each additional Power point increases the amount of element created by 16 pounds, allowing it to cover an extra 5-ft square. This also extends the effect of air and fire by 1 round per Power point. You must expend 1 Power point to cast this spell before you can heighten it or enhance it with metamagic feats.
At 3 Power points, earth can create 16 pounds of a base metal (such as lead and iron) or crystal instead of dirt or stone. Each additional 3 Power points increases the amount of metal or crystal created by 16 pounds.
At 3 Power points, water can create a slippery sheen on the ground. The sheen remains for 1 round per Power point expended. Any creature in the area when the spell is cast must make a successful Reflex save or fall. This save is repeated on your turn each round that the creature remains within the area. A creature can walk within or through the area at half normal speed with a DC 10 Acrobatics check. Failure means it can't move that round (and must then make a Reflex save or fall), while failure by 5 or more means it falls (see the Acrobatics skill for details).
At 5 Power points, plant can create prepared food instead of raw materials. The food remains highly nourishing, though rather bland.
At 9 Power points, earth and plant can create crafted objects instead of raw materials. You must succeed on an appropriate skill check to make a complex item, and take no penalty for not using appropriate tools (see the Craft skill for details).
In addition, earth can create 16 pounds of a rare metal (such as mithril and adamantine) or semi-precious gems. 16 pounds of mithril is worth 16 Pounds, while 16 Pounds of adamantine is worth 24 Pounds. Each additional 3 Power points increases the amount of metal or gems created by 16 pounds.
In addition, plant can create 16 pounds of a rare wood (such as darkwood and ironwood). 16 pounds of darkwood is worth 16 Shillings, while 16 Pounds of ironwood is worth 24 Shillings. Each additional 3 Power points increases the amount of rare wood created by 16 pounds.
At 17 Power points, earth can create 16 pounds of a noble metal (such as gold) or precious gems. 16 pounds of gold is worth 320 Pounds. Each additional 3 Power points increases the amount of metal or gems created by 16 pounds.
