For the duration of this spell, you can use a standard action to evoke a blinding
beam of intense light each round. You can call forth three beams, and the spell
ends when the allotment of beams is exhausted or the duration runs out.
Each creature in the beam is blinded and takes 8 points of damage. A successful
Reflex save negates the blindness and reduces the damage by half.
Heightened: Each additional Power point increases the area
by 10 ft, and each additional 5 Power points increases the number of beams by
one.
