Your touch fatigues your target. You must succeed on a melee touch attack to
strike a target, who is then fatigued for the duration of the spell unless they
make a Fortitude save. This spell has no effect on a creature that is already
fatigued. Unlike with normal fatigue, the effect ends as soon as the spell's
duration expires.
Heightened: Each additional Power point increases the duration
by 1 minute. An additional 4 Power Points changes the effect so that the target
is exhausted on an unsuccessful save and fatigued on a successful save. A further
4 Power points changes the duration to instantaneous, so that the target remains
either fatigued or exhausted.
