Lady Dagger (female human?) is the pseudonym used by the leader of the bandit gangs in the eastern parts of the Witchwood near Terrelton that prey on travellers using the Dawn Way. Her real identity is unknown.
Miha Serani (female? human?) is a shapechanger who was spying at Talar for the Horde of the Red Hand. She escaped from custody between Talar and Mittleberg, and her current location is unknown.
