Abbe May and the Rockin' Pneumonia	An iron demeanour and stirring howl borne on the melancholic balladry of a grieving heart –Abbe May and her bluesy mutterings go beyond the sunny disposition of many of her Western Australian peers. At the centre of May’s charm is an extraordinary voice and uncompromising rock'n'roll attitude. As confrontational as it is vulnerable, Abbe May's characteristically anguished moan conceals an undercurrent of hot-blooded intensity within sentimental words and grunge-fuelled candour. Adam Hall and The Velvet Playboys	The music captures a mood reminiscent of the Rat Pack or Louis Prima in Las Vegas in the 50s – smooth swingin' jazz, rockin’ blues and good ol' boogie woogie. The Beat	A party band playing hits from the Sixties to today, providing a fun package to make any event go with a swing. They also offer a stunningly authentic Beatles tribute act, taking audiences on a magical mystery tour from the Cavern all the way to the rooftop! Chain Reaction	A 7 piece Rock n Roll Show Band playing Guitars, Bass, Keyboards, Drums, Saxophones, Harmonica with great vocals and harmonies. This band plays very recognisable Rock n Roll classic Ballads and Up-Tempo Rhythms, and is perfect for all family events, dances, concerts, functions, etc, providing terrific entertainment and great fun. Peter Busher and The Lone Rangers	Peter Busher has been in the music business for over 25 years. He has won several awards. His most recent at the 2002 Australian Country Music Awards in Tamworth; Peter received the Golden Guitar award. He has recorded 4 CD's, the most recent a collection of well known covers all relating to alcohol, titled "Beer Today, Gone Tomorrow" recorded in Austin, Texas in 2000. Ridgy Didge
The Roadmasters	The combined talents of Boogie-woogie pianist Peter Stone (ex-Busher's Lone Rangers) and ace blues guitarist Mark Gordon (Rick Steel's Hot Biscuit band) has helped to make the Roadmasters a real favourite with fans of 50's R&B, rock n roll and rockin' blues. The boys share lead vocals, and are backed by a swingin rhythm section - this is a band that really knows how to rock it up, and keep you on that dance floor! Rocket to Memphis	Described as "hip-shaking voodoo rock n roll", Rocket to Memphis are like no other band you've ever seen. Don't expect to come and practice your quickstep to this lot - but for 45 mins of smoldering, exhilarating entertainment, they really are a must-see! The stunning Coo Bennett (who occasionally adds her sultry vocals to the High Rollin' Rhythm Kings live set) will have you dancing the "Voodoo Twist" before you know what's hit you! Shoot the Breeze	A 3 piece Band playing 2 Acoustic Guitars and an Acoustic Bass with strong Vocals, some Harmonica and a little Percussion (stomp Box). The music style is very versatile, able to play and combine brackets of strong Ballads and/or Great Rhythms to suit the requirement of the Gig be it either Easy Listening Background music or great RnR Dance classics. This band plays various gigs at Council and Corporate Functions, Private Parties, Restaurants, Hotels, etc. On special occasions we invite Dianne (who plays in "Chain REACTION") to join "Shoot the Breeze" to form a 4 piece band adding her Saxophone, Harmonica and Vocals. The Soda Rockets	The Soda Rockets are a three piece rock'n'roll/rockabilly band playing music from the 50s. The front man Felix Potier also plays Buddy Holly in Buddy Holly Tribute shows. The Rockets really take off, so you really need to be fit to keep dancing all night !		video clip
Stevie Lee Lewis	Steve is an experienced Midi/Sequenced performer to bring you great Rock ‘n’ Roll music. Jerry Lee Lewis style Piano Rock & Roll with Johnny B Good, Rock Around the Clock, All Shook Up, Great Balls of Fire, Eagle Rock, That’ll be the Day, Bird Dog, Oh Carol, You May Be Right , Crocodile Rock and many more. Steve was a member of The Remnants, The Love Handles and Indigo Bridge and can also perform a host of Easy Listening, Country Classics and Modern Country. Still Rockin'	All the members of the band have extensive experience in the music industry spanning over twenty five years. Other than playing their preferred instruments, all members of the band do vocals and harmonies which only enrich the overall performance of the night. They are very versatile with an extensive repertoire and will go out of their way to accommodate the particular music you would prefer to hear on the night. All you need to do is discuss in advance what you would like them play. Their songs range from the Drifters to Elvis and many more popular songs from that era. Examples are Hey Baby, Brown Eyed Girl, Dream Lover, Sweet Little Sheila, Don't be Cruel, Runaway and The Wanderer just to mention a few. The Tornado Alleycats	The Alleycats have a real affinity for the wild, rockin' sounds of the 50s! They have a well-earned reputation all over the country, for energetic and entertaining shows and have released two CDs of swingin', traditional-style rockabilly. Due to various commitments, the boys are only performing infrequently at present, but keep your eyes peeled... when the Tornado hits town, you don't want to miss it! Twist and Shout	Well after 20 years in the entertainment industry, Ron McArthur The General and mark Swain have teamed up to "return to their roots" so to speak. They have put together Perth Duo Twist n Shout which is proving to be a popular blend of good ole fashioned "Rock n Roll" plus fun hits from the great 60's. So far the duo have enjoyed terrific response from many venues including a great summer season at the Quokka Arms Hotel, Rottnest Island. They have also appeared regularly at Slug and Hare Tavern ... Vdelli	Playing a new kind of Fusion, Blues, Rock best described as "BLUES FUSION" or "BLUE METAL", these guys are passionately committed to bringing their unique brand of art and entertainment to mainstream and independent audiences alike. The three-piece outfit features Michael Vdelli (Guitar/Vocals), Ric Whittle (Drums), Troy Gennoe (Bass). After emerging onto the Perth live circuit 10 years ago, they attracted a strong and loyal following in the pub scene since, then overseas opportunities began to arise. VDELLI were quickly identified by the Europeans as bona fide talent and gained overwhelmingly positive reviews in the print media, on radio and on university television. The Yeomen	The Yeomen perform 'down to earth' live Rock'n'Roll. No synthesisers or electronic gimmicks - just high energy Rock. Whilst predominantly 50's & 60's music their repertoire extends to popular 70's & 80's numbers ... all played the way they used to be. Originating in the Perth 60's Stomp scene, members went their separate ways in '67 but reformed in the 90's to perform much of the same material they did 40 years ago. The Zodiacs	Due to the changing face of the Perth music scene and indeed the huge world wide resurgence of Rock 'n' Roll, it was obvious that there was a need for a band who's roots are based in the’50s, '60s & '70s era. The Zodiacs are Members from Perth's Top Bands of the '60s & '70s: The Statesmen, Breakaway, Grapevine, Rainbow Rock Co., The Times, The Troupadores.
