Ian invites you to enjoy the heritage charm of Prospect Villa, situated in the historic, coastal town of Busselton. National Trust listed Prospect Villa c1844 is the oldest house in Busselton. Situated a half hour north of Margaret River, it is within easy driving distance to all the local vineyards, beautiful coastline and forests in the stunning South West of Western Australia.
	Escape to our historic residence in scenic Busselton by the sea. Relax in the privacy of our beautifully appointed rooms within the Villa. We are walking distance to the town centre, restaurants, cafes, beach and bus depots. The house provides two double rooms with ensuite and one twin room with private facilities and is comfortably furnished entirely with antiques for your enjoyment. A glass of wine on the verandah is a recommended pastime.
	Facilities in each room include: private bathroom television tea and coffee making facilities genuine antique furnishings
	We also have a self - contained cottage, featuring sumptuous furnishings and antiques, including clawfoot bath and potbellied stove. Air conditioning adds to your comfort.
