Episodes Guide - Season 2
The most notable thing about Season 2 is that Gena Lee Nolin appears to have gained a substantial amount of weight since completing the filming of the first season's episodes. This can be confirmed by a comparison of Episode No. 122, Unsafe Passage, and Episode No 201, The Maltaka Files.

| Sheena agrees to assist an Interpol agent named Cody reach the river on the border for his rendezvous with his contacts when she learns he is the lone survivor of an ambush and has an injured ankle. His partners have been killed by the gunmen of a drug lord that Cody has been working undercover to apprehend. Nicodemus, the drug lord, hires a party of ex-South African secret police, led by a killer named Steel, to find and eliminate Cody. Cutter, aware that Sheena is missing, uses his CIA contacts to learn about Cody and his trouble. He and Mendelsohn manage to infiltrate Nicodemus' compound and learn the whereabouts of Steel, and escape safely with the information. Sheena and Cody seek refuge overnight in an abandoned building, and they consummate their growing attraction to each other. However, everything about Cody reminds Sheena of Cutter. When they reach the river they are surprised by Steel and his men and are pinned down by heavy fire (right). Sheena fights Steel and his men and Cutter and Mendelsohn arrive in a boat equipped with a machine gun to ferry Cody to safety. Cody disappears as a protected witness against the drug lord and Sheena sees Cutter differently. |

| Several parties arrive in the Turaga region of the Lamistas to look for a young boy who was lost in the jungle 12 years earlier - an attractive woman named Andrea, who has hired Cutter to guide her and a group of heavies led by a viscous character named Bixby. Sheena finds the boy, who is now a good-looking young man with very long hair and a muscular build, but he is easily spooked and runs away. Sheena joins Cutter and Andrea, who confides that the boy is really Jared Chambers, heir to the Chambers Oil fortune, and his parents were killed in the plane crash that stranded Jared in the LaMistas. Bixby, and his accomplice, Roland Chambers, the executor to the Chambers' fortune engineered the Chambers' plane crash and must now kill Jared to maintain their hold on the Chamber's loot. Andrea sneaks away to try to find the plane crash site, which she does. She also finds Jared but Bixby shoots him with a tranquilizer dart and captures Andrea (right). Sheena becomes the Darak'na and eliminates Bixby, Roland and their two men. Andrea takes Jared back to civilisation and Sheena reminds him he will always be a part of the jungle. |

| Reports of strange behaviour in both Kali's village and the surrounding villages makes Kali suspect that a banished Nayakan Shaman named Kon Ti has returned. She is worried that he is using a forbidden hypnotic drug called alodia, extracted from the Kalosa plant, to bend the will of the people to his wishes. Cutter becomes involved when a truckload of tourists being driven by Mendelsohn are attacked by some crazed tribesmen. Sheena becomes the Darak'na, knowing Kon Ti fears it, and attacks one his trucks full of harvested Kalosa plants. Kon Ti, however, learns that Sheena is the Darak'na, when his "familiar", a hawk, transfers it's vision to Kon Ti. Rashid falls under the alodia spell when he tries to reason with Kon Ti, who orders him to abduct Kali. Sheena and Cutter investigate Kali's disappearance at Kon Ti's lair, a cavern in the mountains (right). Kali, now under Kon Ti's alodia spell, bewitches them both with the drug but Sheena manages to break the spell. She and Cutter do battle with Kon Ti's men and Rashid, while Kali battles Kon Ti with sorcery in the spiritual realm of the mind. Kali kills Kon Ti and his power over Rashid and others is broken. |

| Sheena pursues a woman who has blown up the Supply Depot, badly injuring Rashid, and manages to defeat and capture her after a viscous fight. Meanwhile, two CIA agents, Devlin and Hansen, aware of Cutter's past, approach him to help them catch a CIA traitor named Cassandra, who they say has just killed two CIA operatives at the Supply Depot. Cutter leads them after Sheena, aware she has pursued the bomber, but they try to kill Cassandra as soon as they see her. Cutter smells a rat and joins Sheena and her prisoner, and the three escape into the jungle. Cutter figures out that Cassandra has been duped into killing two bona fide agents in a rogue CIA operation. Cutter recognises Cassandra from a CIA training camp 10 years earlier and learns she has a crush on him. Devlin and Hansen call in a dozen mercenaries as backup. Sheena, Cutter and Cassandra take refuge in an abandoned Ranger Station, where they become involved in a savage fire fight against Devlin and Hansen's reinforcements (right). When they have killed them all, including the two CIA killers, Cassandra rapidly disappears, and Cutter hopes she will abandon her life as an assassin and start anew. |

| Cutter becomes suspicious when Malena, a female boxer he has agreed to train, is almost injured and he begins to suspect the reigning champion's promoter, Victoria Stevens. She has guaranteed her gangster bookie a win and when she starts to realise that Malena has true potential she starts to fear for her safety. Victoria becomes desperate and an attempt is made on Malena's life, but the Darak'na intervenes. Cutter hides and trains Malena in the jungle but Mendelsohn is kidnapped by Bill, Victoria's right-hand man, to try to stop the fight. Cutter is given an ultimatum - either his fighter takes a dive or Mendelsohn is killed - which he explains to Malena (right). Melena fights defensively to buy time while Sheena locates and frees Mendelsohn by transforming herself into a serval. When Mendelsohn appears ringside Malena is free to take down Kelly Lewis with a savage barage of punches. Sheena goes after Victoria and Bill and during a fight with Sheena a bullet from Bill's gun ignites the fuel tanks of Victoria's car and she is killed in an explosion. Malena departs on a world tour, determined to build a youth camp with her prize money when she returns. |

| Sheena attempts to find the lost treasure cave of the Zukuma tribe so that she can help them build an irrigation system to fight a drought. She is forced to take an attractive, fast-talking female thief named Elena, with her because she is the only one who knows the location of the cave. An art collector named Yoka Laneesh is also after the Zukuman treasure and she and her two thugs follow Sheena and Elena because they have the crystal skull that is the key to finding it. They also have Cutter as a hostage. Elena tells Sheena about her difficult childhood and how she became an accomplished thief. Sheena frees Cutter they find the Zukuma cave. They place the skull on a pedestal and at the appointed time it transmits a beam powerful enough to clear the rockfall obstructing the treasure chamber. When Laneesh and her men arrive Elena, Sheena and Cutter battle and defeat them. Elena manages to remove a bundle of jewels in her shirt but when Laneesh attempts to do the same she is buried alive inside the cave. Elena thanks Sheena for the moral guidance (right) and she donates some of her riches to the construction of the Zukuma irrigation system. |

| The local people become hostile towards Kali when several government officials are mysteriously slaughtered, and rumours begin to spread that the shamaness has awoken The Darkness, a malign occult power. Sheena and Cutter investigate and learn that Caroline Dular, who had run Animal Refuge No. 6 a decade earlier, has now returned and amassed a large collection of animals. When Sheena approaches the refuge she senses that it is full of rogues and becomes very alarmed. Dular has managed to acquire a rogue stick, a mystic device used to control rogues by blowing into one end of it. Sheena and Cutter take Rashid to the refuge to examine it and discover that all of the workers there, as well as the animals, have all been badly mutilated. Kali is being protected at the ranger station where N'gama's payroll is stored and is forced to flee through the window when an unseen assailant arrives. Kali encounters Dular blowing into the rogue stick in the forest. A giant tiger appears stalking Kali but the Darak'na arrives and kills it in a savage battle (right). Dular, who has removed the payroll tins from the ranger station, is apprehended by Rashid at the border. |
