Crown & Bridge

Porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) restorations are still the most prescribed restorative treatment alternative to date. We offer several different types of metals of which to fabricate the ceramic on. We provide a wide variety of PFM crowns and bridges. We recomment porcelain margins to improve the aesthetic result by enabling natural light to penetrate at the gingival margins.  The PFM restorations appear so natural, they rival some of the most innovative restorative options available.  PFM offers the following advantages:

- Extremely durable - can be used for posterior crowns and bridge

- Familiar preparation technique

- Superb fit

- Easy one-step cementation

Laser Welding

Laser welding first and foremost brings strong bonds to dental repairs and fabrication by fusing native metals rather than depending on weak solder joints.

The Strengths of Laser Welding

- Roundhouse bridges slide into place with no adjustments

- Renew vintage partials with new clasps and retention in very short time

- Implant frames fit passively, assuring long term integrated implant fixtures.

- A laser partial with cast major and minor connectors and laser welded wrought wire retention is guaranteed for life.

- In orthodontic work, we have less damage in the elasticity of the wire and no discolouration of the welding joint.

Why Laser Weld?

- Laser Welding eliminates the use of solder. The yeild strength of the joint is identical to that of the original metal.

- Because of the low total heat input, laser welding can be performed on the master model, ensuring greater accuracy.

- Less thermal energy is delivered to the work piece overall, reducing distortion caused by joining.
