Ten years ago, Rebecca designed her first ceramic tile range. Having previously produced an upmarket collection of fabrics and Australiana images, Rebecca was looking for a new surface on which she could apply her stunning designs.

Her ranges are available in tile shops throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Below are some tiles from these ranges and examples of handpainted work from Rebecca's Studio.

In 1988 Rebecca established her own studio in Sydney, producing designs for garments and articles including ceramic mugs and wrapping paper. These were on sale at Brisbane’s Expo as well as resort stores throughout Australia’s East Coast.

After extensive travel throughout Europe and North Africa, Rebecca returned to Brisbane to establish Rebecca Wilkie Designs (RWD) in Brisbane. RWD now produces a range of products, designed by Rebecca, including ceramic tiles, mosaics, murals and corporate uniforms.
