  • First Reconciliation Notices:

I wish to thank all the parents who came to see me last week to make arrangements for their children to make their First Reconciliaiton. Your enthusiasm is very encouraging. We congratulate all the children who will be enrolled this weekend at all the Masses, and I remind us all of our duty to pray for them and their families. May these precious young ones come to understand how wonderfully forgiving and merciful our loving God is in this Sacrament of Reconciliation.

The Celebration of the Sacrament will take place on Tuesday 18th and Thursday 20th September at 7.30PM. It will be a celebration in the Second Rite, appropriate for children.

I ask all parishioners to please set aside 13th September at 7.30PM in order to come together as God’s family and spend a little time in prayer for these young people. Fr.Stephen.

  • A comprehensive history of St Therese Church and School and a history of the Theresian Home for needy children in Dilke Road is available at http://www.StTherese.Net for Parishioners to download for free.
