Thanks very much to John for sharing these interesting photos and information relating to TQ's.
John's family has a long history with speedway, his father Garnie nick named "Senior" and he introduced and raced Gnat 
cars and Junior Speedcars in the mid 50s (Under the auspices of "Empire Speedways" with Frank Arthur as the managing director) 
up in Brisbane, it was eventually taken over by Ron Wanless & Junior Laffan ( son of Garnie ) , Garnie was 
3 times Queensland Champion in Junior Speedcars in the early 60s in Brisbane.

 Triumph engine in chassis

 L.H side of front spring  shackle removed and plates substituted. 
Camber (out) of spring 1.5 '' to restrict shackle movement engine 
is set slightly of perpendicular to bring carburetor inwards of 
body line. Rear wheels are widened 1" inwards to spread tyre and 
reduce track to 40".
