Rapture - Site of the Month

I've recently been fairly obsessed with the domain lose-my-faith.net, owned and run by Katharine. She has a great collective of sites, not all of which are giles-related but still all great! Rapture is a fanfiction archive for Katharines personal works. They are all fantastic, revolving around Giles and his relationships with Cordelia/Anya/Spike/Willow. There is also a lot of cordy/angel action. While the fics are fantastic, the site is also beautifully designed! Thus, my choice for sotm.

Top Ten - Webmistress Recommended

Here is the January and February Top Ten Recommended! There are two generals, three ships, 2 fics, 1 media and 2 fanlistings. Please Note: This top ten will remain here for two months, because it's a brand new feature (there are other reasons that I can't name.)

1. oh dear, tweedy lord... cuppa tea? (general)
Claims to be the first "Ripper" site, has excellent bios, info, quotes, fic, art, fanlisting, clique etc!

2. Grown up time at the espresso pump (general)
A big site that is dedicated to Anthony Stewart Head himself, although does contain a large ASHBLF section. Has fics, links, images, news etc.

3. buffygiles.com (ship)
There's no way that when you are searching for buffy/giles shipper sites, you can miss this one. One of the largest b/g ship sites I know, there is just too much stuff there for me to write about it. Just visit.

4. Decaf Land(ship)
A wonderfully designed website with beautiful graphics. A site dedicated to the giles/cordelia relationship. Contains resources, fiction, multimedia and info on the couple. (Another wonderful site made by the owner of the sotm)

5. Be Seeing You (ship)
A Giles/Ethan Ship website! Written like a story, with great graphics and a simple but effective layout. Includes introduction to the relationship, fanfiction, links, multimedia and profiles.

6. Wish I Could Stay(fic)
One of *those* websites that all ASH fic writers go to for help! "Wish I Could Stay" is the BtVS Writers' Guild Official Zone Site for giles writers. Has numerous sections for fic authors, including news, essays, resources, fics and links.

7. Bloody Priceless: The Guild of Giles Writers Homepage (fic)
An extensive site that provides information for ASHBLF-writers, including a vocabulary! Contains writings, resources, lists, archives, awards and reference.

8. Vita Mihi Mors Est - ripper-archive.com(media)
Despite the name, it is actually a multimedia site.It contains galleries for "btvs", "manchild" and the film "royce". Also has songs by ASH available for download and fun stuff as well.

9. Sweet Sixteen: The Band Candy Fanlisting
Here is a novel idea. A fanlisting for an episode in which giles plays a VERY important part! heh. Anyway, I loved the layout and the concept, so go on, join them!

10. Hello Ripper - Giles/Ethan Fan
While this fanlisting only has 7 members, the site is put together VERY well and I can't understand why more people haven't joined. I guess a g/e ship isn't appealing to many people! However, I *love* it, and this site is very original. Please join!
