Playing member of the Mackay Big Band for the last 5 years. Main instrument is the tenor Saxophone but have doubled on lead when the need arises.

The band's main performance for the year is at the Mackay Arts Festival held in July each year at the Mackay Entertainment Centre. We have played at the Brisbane Jazz Festival, Balls and promotion functions.

The band performs on a regular basis at the Slade Point Community Hall every school term for a picnic in the park. This is very well attended and much to look forward to, as new material is presented. Repertoire is gained from sources in America, Australia and United Kingdom.
