Thank you so much for the wonderful website. I've been a Christian
for years and have always attended a very fundamentalist Southern
Baptist church. I enjoy my church but I have always felt that something
was missing. I want an intimate relationship with my Lord. One where
He actually communicates with me.
Your website information spoke right to the empty part of me. I

TESTIMONIES OF THE FULFILLMENT OF THE CONSUMING DESIRE FOR DIRECT AND INTIMATE COMMUNION WITH THE LORD.
REVELATION THAT MY FATHER IN LAW WAS ABOUT TO DIE AND THAT WE WERE TO PREPARE FOR THE FUNERAL. Dream received on Friday 30th July, 1999 by Lavinia Taylor which was fulfilled 5 days later.

Circumstances: Prayed for a word re. Dad in Hospital.
We (Taylors) were at my Mum’s place in Bamaga (childhood township). My Dad was there too. My husband’s Dad was also in Bamaga at the hospital. He then died. We the family went to see him. He was looking real young. His skin was like that of a younger man. The time of the funeral was announced; it was at three o’clock.
My Dad told me to get all the children ready for the funeral. My husband Peter Taylor, his sister Dianne and other Taylor family members hadn’t cried when Dad (Taylor) died. As I was getting the children ready, there was a woman by the name of Nellie Sam who came into the lounge room. I thought what was she doing there as she didn’t know Peter’s Dad. Then I realized that she was there just for wailing. As soon as I realized that, I felt the grieving come upon me. I went into the room to get my clothes for a shower and started telling Mum about how sad it was that Dad (Taylor) had died without his friends knowing.
INTERPRETATION BY PETER TAYLOR:
· My Dad (who had already died in real life) was there = God the Father’s presence.
· Dad (Taylor) was looking real young = his restoration/redemption through faith in Jesus Christ.
· Funeral at three o’clock = God’s appointed time. The ninth hour. Dad died 9.25pm Wednesday 4th August.

PERSONAL DREAM OF GOD’S VINDICATION AND INSTRUCTION TO CONTINUE TO SPEAK THE TRUTH IN THE MIDST OF A FAMILY TURMOIL so that accusation can back away. Dream from Kerry received on Sunday 15 August, 1999.
From: Kerry
CIRCUMSTANCES: Within our family there has been a major emotional disturbance. Accusations were flying everywhere and most were directed at me. I had spent the previous day interceding on my family’s behalf and asked God to show me how to deal with my parents when we visited them on Sunday. The following dream is God’s answer to my prayers.
DREAM: I was at work and it had been a torrid day. I was very frustrated and tired of all the problems. A few of us from work decided to catch the train home instead of driving our cars. We got off the train at Geebung station (this is the station I used to get off at when I was growing up). Most of the girls went home but Maria and I met my mother and walked around the corner of a building to talk. We were standing in a vacant lot in the shelter of the building.
Next thing we see this ‘meteor’ like rock come around the corner and it was obvious that it was going to explode. I told Mum and Maria to run and gave Mum a shove in the back to get her out of the way. The meteor exploded but no one was hurt. We came back together in the shelter of the building and were talking about what happened.
Next thing another meteor came around the corner and again I told them to run away. This time as I tried to run away it followed me very closely on my heels. I bent down and picked it up and tried to throw it away but it stuck to my fingers causing them to burn.
A voice then came out of nowhere and told me to yell the truth at it and I would be safe. I started to yell the truth at this rock and it began to back away from me. I continued to speak the truth and the rock backed right away from me and into the middle of the vacant lot. It then harmlessly exploded.
INTERPRETATION: The interpretation is obvious and I believe that this is for the reason that anyone can see the meaning. Both my parents and my husband parents are Christians but they do not understand the way God can speak to us in dreams. When we went to visit my parents I shared the dream with them. Because it was so clear they were able to understand it easily and the dream ministered to them in their time of need. We then spent some time with my husband’s parents and spoke to them about the turmoil that had happened. I felt a liberty to share the dream with them and again it ministered to my husband’s father and there was some understanding.
Interestingly, the threat of a phone call from a family member to my Mum which was to be loaded against me and which prompted my husband and I to pray fervently, did not eventuate. Most likely this was the meteor which followed me and then backed away to explode harmlessly. Yes, God answers prayers and communicates with His people who believe in His presence and availability just as the scriptures declare!

GUIDELINES TO THE POSTING OF DREAMS, VISIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS ON THE D&V LIST.
In the D&V List we only want to focus on what the Spirit of God is saying to the churches in dreams and visions of the sleep state, in visions of trance states induced by God and in divinely given "open vision." The two primary aims for the D&V List are:
1. DECLARATION - Declaring what the Spirit is saying to the churches in Dreams and Visions.
2. DISCIPLESHIP - Teaching Christians to discern the teaching of the Holy Spirit in the interpretation of Dreams and Visions.
Please send in Dreams and Visions that will serve these purposes for the glory of God.
With regards to interpretation, we welcome possible interpretations, alternative meanings, corrections and additions. However, there will be a flow in agreement of that which the Lord is saying in dreams and visions from around the world at particular times. Generally, postings on the List will be done in harmony with the flow of this River. Accordingly, God given dreams and visions need to be interpreted from the content and "vocabulary" of the dreams and visions themselves.
Interpretations must also be made in relation to the whole dream or vision and not to just an isolated part thereof. In this way the D&V List postings will try to avoid any particular doctrinal bias which have no credible relation to the dreams or visions posted. Thus, in order for interpretations and comments from mails to be posted, they will have to contain credible witness from the whole dream or vision and from relevant scriptures.
