SEPTEMBER, 1999 WAS THE MONTH IDENTIFIED IN A DREAM RECEIVED IN DECEMBER, 1998 FOR “THE GOING FORTH OF GOD’S END TIME APOSTOLIC/PROPHETIC ANOINTING AND MINISTRY.”
The 3 months of August, September and October, 1999 were to be times for the manifestation of the grace of God in the quickening of the ministry of the Cross and the release of great revelation and enlightenment.

PASTOR PAULA CAVU’S DIRECT ADDRESS TO THE PEOPLE, MINISTRIES AND CHURCHES ON THE D&V LIST and beyond concerning the time and place for the birthing of a major end time work of God.
In the emails, dreams and visions on this List I am going to confirm without hesitation God’s calling to a time and a place for the outpouring of His Spirit for the birthing and release of the apostolic anointing and ministry for the end of the Church Age. The quickening for that which I now hold in my spirit only came this morning when I read the email below from Christopher C. Warren, a founder of the New Covenant Church of God in Norway (http://www.nccg.org).

I have received Rev. Cary Goodwin’s Newsletters associated with the web site but I have been so constrained working day and night on Daystar Ministry’s work on the Internet and locally that I was not able to study any other ministry seriously for the last two and a half years. I had also read about God’s instructions for him to call the apostles together and I had concluded that if this was so then the Spirit will confirm it to credible prophetic folks around the world. It was only this morning that I began to seriously study one of his newsletters and immediately enlightenment flooded into my understanding because the Lord had already linked His calling through Rev. Cary Goodwin (not a D&V List subscriber) to the messages on the D&V List. He that hath an ear to hear will hear!

Dream posted on D&V List No.325 on Monday 2nd August, 1999 instructing the saints to watch and pray for the appointed time and place for the beginning of the race on earth for God’s apostles and prophets of the end of the Church Age. CIRCUMSTANCES
Following Daystar’s Sunday meeting where there was discussion on the great coming move/work of God for the manifestation of the sons of God.
THE DREAM
I was the manager / trainer of two athletes ( I think one was Pastor Paula and
the other was another significant person) and I received information that a major sporting event (The Olympics or something similar) was to commence immediately.
· This major sporting event that was to commence immediately, corresponds to the dreams on the D&V Lists concerning the end time birthing of an unsurpassed move/work/outpouring of God’s Spirit towards the “manifestation of the sons of God” in resurrection power. The dreamer (a member of the Daystar Ministry team) is portraying the work of the Holy Spirit in the late 1990’s.
I had been training the two athletes for this event however we did not know when the competition would start. I became very excited with this news and a new urgency came into the training, knowing that the competition which we were specifically training for, was about to start.
· The release of the foundation ministries of the apostolic and prophetic in the late 1990’s agree with the training of the two athletes who are now ready to run their race (go forth in God’s appointed ministry) in 1999.
Eph 4:11
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some,
evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for
the edifying of the body of Christ:

Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of
the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature
of the fullness of Christ:

That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and
carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and
cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
We went to the place where the competition was to be held and I saw that the venue was directly in front of us (that seemed to be significant) on a white path at the foot of some high mountains.
· Presumably, the place where the competition was to be held is Christendom and the white path on the foot of the high mountains represents the path of righteousness of the progress of God’s end time Church towards the manifestation of the sons of God. This path could be symbolic of the “highway of holiness” that has been set down by the grace and timing of God.
Isa 35:5
Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf
shall be unstopped.

Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb
sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in
the desert.

be grass with reeds and rushes.

And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The
way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be
for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon,
it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:

And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with
songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and
gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
I was leading my two athletes and we were looking from a distance for the locations of the specific events we were to compete in. We looked from location to location however none of the events were ready to start. I knew that I had to keep my athletes some distance away so that we could see all of the venues. In this way, we would know when to move down to commence competition and the appointed time and place. If we waited too close (as was our impulse) we may miss an event.
· Looking from a distance speaks of having a perspective that is not already settled on a particular place, church ministry, church structure or church organization in which God will begin this race in the end time outpouring of His Spirit. That is, this is going to be an entirely new work/move of God that is not going to be like any other that has taken place in Church history. Like the 120 disciples that were told to wait in the upper room before the Pentecostal former rain of the book of Acts, God is now telling His people who know and hear Him to be prepared and to watch and pray for the former and latter rain of the time of the end. That is, the final race towards the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus is about to begin and the time and place is about to be revealed.

I press toward the mark for THE PRIZE OF THE HIGH CALLING OF GOD IN
CHRIST JESUS.

any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto
you.
We were very impatient for the competition to start and very excited at
the prospect of finally putting all of the athletes training into real
competition, which had been the purpose of the training.
· Being impatient and excited for the competition to start says that the called and chosen for the race are ready so that when the venue and the time is announced they will be there without hesitation.
I woke up and the dream ended before the competition started. I tried
to go back to sleep and see what events my athletes were competing in
and how they would go, however I could not finish the dream.

SEPTEMBER, 1999 WAS THE MONTH IDENTIFIED IN A DREAM RECEIVED IN DECEMBER, 1998 FOR “THE GOING FORTH OF GOD’S END TIME APOSTOLIC/PROPHETIC ANOINTING AND MINISTRY.”
The following dream and interpretation was posted on D&V List No.245 on 30th January, 1999. The dream agrees with the time of the gathering of the apostles as given to Cary Goodwin for Sept. 27 - 30, 1999 at the West Coast Anaheim Hotel in Anaheim, California, USA.
IN THE SECOND MONTH THE WORLD WILL SEE THE GOING FORTH OF GOD'S END TIME APOSTOLIC/PROPHETIC ANOINTING AND MINISTRY. This will lead into the next month (October) in which the apostolic and prophetic anointing and ministries will readily have visions and revelations from heavenly/spiritual places. I was at a family holiday party, when I looked out to the balcony and noticed a beautiful full moon. I went out to the balcony and as I was staring at it, another full moon, larger and brighter, rose up from the horizon. as I stared at it in awe, a train traveled across it, and the thought came into my head, the little engine that could, a children's book and it did look just like that illustration.
Then another full moon rose but went diagonally. then movie screens started to appear in the sky, and as the sky became so full of movie screens. The balcony walls became full with them, and there was no longer sky or walls showing, just movie screens showing something different on each one.
· Marilyn, the 3 moons could speak of a series of three months that will follow one another, perhaps in 1999. In D&V List No.237, the months of August, September and October were identified in a dream as the months in which "three hidden ministry blessings of the preaching of the Cross will be released into the churches!" I just wonder whether your dream is revealing more information on this declaration.
· Your dream is saying that the month of August will be significant but the month of September will be a month of great enlightenment (another full moon, larger and brighter). This is the month when the world will see the going forth of God's end time apostolic/prophetic anointing and ministry (train traveling across the moon). This will lead into the next month (October) in which the apostolic and prophetic anointing and ministries will have visions and revelations from heavenly/spiritual places (then movie screens started to appear in the sky, and as the sky became so full of movie screens). Another recent dream on D&V List No.242 declared that visions and revelations from the third heaven is going to be experienced by God's apostles and prophets of the late 1990's.
On one, there was undeveloped land, with writing under it, which was tongues. In another, war scenes, in another a flat map of the globe all in neon colors, in another all the countries were cut into their shapes out of newspaper articles. In the largest and most prominent there was an oriental (I thought Chinese) soldier with a rifle over his shoulder, just staring out into the camera. On another there were cartoons, not new ones, but old ones.
· In visions and revelations from heavenly/spiritual places the word of the Lord will be declared concerning:
1. Evangelism and harvest from pagan places and nations (undeveloped land and tongues which is for the unbelievers, 1Cor.14:22).
2. Wars in the nations of the world which will cause divisions between nations (all the countries were cut into their shapes out of newspaper articles). China will play a major role in the cause of the wars [an oriental (I thought Chinese) soldier with a rifle over his shoulder].
3. The personalities and activities of the host of spiritual darkness (cartoons).
I called the people from the party out to come and see, but they weren't that interested, and mostly they couldn't see what was there. The oriental soldier was so large, and in front. I said to one person, almost forcing her head to stare until she saw it, but she couldn't. Then I quickly prayed hard for God to open her eyes, and let her be saved, and save her family.(her husband and children were there nagging to go to a carnival, and I thought it was so sad that God was showing us messages, and they didn't care much). At that moment of the prayer, she began to see just an eyelid, then the face, then the entire thing, then more and more people began to see, and everyone was a little scared, but in awe.
· God's apostolic and prophetic folks will cause people devoid of the apostolic and prophetic anointing to see God's visions in heavenly places.
There was just one relative, who is a very religious person, who never saw anything, and mocked a little.
· As it was with the Pharasees, Sadducees and Scribes in the time of Jesus Christ on the earth, the proud and mocking religious Christians will not have the anointing to see nor to hear what the Spirit is revealing to the churches.
Also, just before this all happened, we were trying to use the phone, but even though we were dialing the correct number, we were reaching different- long distance-- destinations.
· The phone speaks of communion or communication so that the dream is saying that the message of the dream will go locally and will go to the nations of the world (Internet).
Also, I was sitting at a small table, just me and another person, who is a prophetic person I met on the Internet, and he was telling me about a house with large rooms.-which I feel is important somehow.
· The house with large rooms is probably referring to God's end time Church which is built on the foundation of the apostolic and prophetic anointing and ministries of the late 1990's.

Had a dream last night that I was in an old antique house/museum and there was a contest to find a secret passage. I looked inside an old chest type cupboard and found a large magazine book (ladies type) When you opened the pages a certain way you could then crawl through the book and go down under the floor and out through a tunnel. My mother and Meigan and Brett went down the hole, but I did not think I would fit. Right then a bunch of other people came in the room. I sat on the chest for a long time talking to the people.
· Grant, I wonder if the old antique house/museum represents the ministry of "The Old Rugged Cross" as it has been a popular subject of the messages of the Spirit to the churches of late. The "old chest type cupboard" probably relates to the following passage in relation to the ministry revelation of the Cross:
Matt 13:52
Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed
unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder,
which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.
· The contest to find a secret passage is probably talking about "things new" that has been ordained to become quickened in the ministry of the Cross. The passageway through the magazine, under the floor and out through a tunnel may be depicting "the deep things of God." This speaks of revelation and enlightenment.
1Cor 2:10
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit
searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
Then I saw that Brett was trying to come up out of the hole, so I told the people that I had found it. There were 3 sets of magazines wrapped in plastic numbered 8, 9 and 10. I remember that one of them had a black cover. They were the large women type magazines, with the shiny pages. When I woke up the Lord told me that this dream was important.
· Grant, I do not read popular glossy women's magazines but they probably come out monthly. If this is generally so then the 3 sets of magazines represent 3 months and magazine numbers 8, 9 and 10 represent August, September and October. Thus the dream may be saying that in the months of August, September and October of 1999, three hidden ministry blessings of the preaching of the Cross will be released into the churches! In line with the dreams declarations of great revelation and enlightenment for 1999, I wonder whether these would be the perfecting of the revelation gifts of dreams, visions and prophecy.

"Gather My Apostles"
On September 28, 1996 at 5:00am. I awoke with the Lord calling my name. I didn't want to wake that early. His voice became very insistent. Finally I replyed with "Yes Lord"? He spoke to me very loud and clear; He said, "Gather My Apostles"! This woke me with a jolt. I asked the Lord to expound. He then said, "Gather Together My Apostles from around the World into one Place and Time, as has not been done since the days of Pentecost".
At that time, I had been writing the book, the Lord had imparted to me during a five year period, while working as a Missionary, in remote jungle villages in Asia. On my return to the States, the Lord held me apart from everything else to write this book. The original title was, "Call My Church to Order". It is now called "Gather My Apostles".
For eight months following this Command to "Gather His Apostles", I wrestled with this day and night. For me, there is no escaping the truth of this Matter. Again I say, this is extremely important and the time is short. Let me give you an example: In December 1996, I was watching a preacher on Television talking about the Glory of the Lord in the Last Days. Suddenly the Lord speaks to me and says, "I have given you the KEY to unlock My Glory and Final move of My Spirit for these Last Days". Until that moment, I hadn't considered just how important the fulfilling of this Command "Gather My Apostles" was.
The Lord has not changed. Apostles and Prophets are a very important part of God's Order for His Church. For many generations they have been persecuted and slain by the Doctrines of Man. But in these Last Days and Final Move of God's Spirit upon the Earth, it is imperative that we His Body embrace His Order and Ways.
I am doing all that I can, to get this message out around the World, to Contact the Apostles of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am asking you to print and post this message, where ever you can. I ask you for your support, in this fulfilling of the Command to Gather the Lords Apostles. This is Kingdom of God business, at the Highest Level.
I am publishing a newsletter called the Voice of the Apostles. It is imperative that we hear from the Apostles and Prophets of this time. It is not possible in this short letter to convey all that the Lord would have to convey to you about this Subject.
