The office and the team of 8 horses with the chariot as your place of work is speaking of your involvement with God’s apostles and prophets who are about to go forth into the nations of the world in the righteousness of God (white horses) and in great speed. Dream by Karen Palermo submitted on 24^th September, 1999.

It would seem that your dream is addressing the "old" church
condition and structure, the current charismatic/prophetic state of the
Church as represented by your old friend, relative to the "new" that God
is establishing in the Earth today, that is the new Apostolic/Prophetic
order which is far more glorious than the past and present church
conditions. Dream by Glenn Hall on 6^th October, 1999 with additional comments by Glenn Hall.

Representing the end time move of the apostolic/prophetic church. There have been many who are to come to the mountain of the Lord in this great outpouring of God's anointing. They are coming from all the corners of the Earth. Dream by Karen Palermo on 8^th October, 1999.

Hi,

I was in the process of preparing to move from one state to the next at the

leading of the Lord. While away at my daughters home and seeking Him

regarding the move, I received this dream/trance. I'm not sure if it was

dream or a trance. I thought it was a dream, although I may have just

awakened and had a trance. In any case, it was very, very vivid.

I seen a monitor (? TV or computer) directly above where I was sleeping

attached to the wall, as they are in hospitals. My daughters room does not

have one on the wall. While looking at the screen, I was observing a camera

scanning a large office. This scanning scene was just like security cameras

that scan places and the security officer is watching it on a monitor in his

office. I watched as the camera went slowly across the office. It came upon

seen two large executive style desks.

The camera continued across the office to a team of eight white horses and a chariot. The horses were just standing there content and waiting and the chariot was sitting up on a platform of some kind that was about 12 inches high. I then heard the Lord say, "This is your new place of work."

Shortly after this dream, a fellow intercessor called and said she was

praying for me and seen a vision of me in a large field of golden wheat. She

said I was just standing there and the wind was blowing softly on me.

Now, I have moved since and the Lord had me resign from the job I was in

after 6 months. Since then, I have just been waiting on the Lord. A cave,

wilderness, exile type setting I would say. Any insight?

The office and the team of 8 horses with the chariot as your place of work is speaking of your involvement with God’s apostles and prophets (the offices thereof symbolized by the 2 executive tables) who are about to go forth into the nations of the world in the righteousness of God (white horses) and in great speed (8 horses carrying the chariot). The large field of golden wheat does speak of the end time harvest of the earth which the apostles and prophets are going to be involved in.

Scene 1
An old friend of mine (called "the man" herein), looking young and thin
was standing in my office. This man had no shirt on and proceeded to tell
me that he had just gotten up and was going back to bed in a few minutes.
He then told me that he slept virtually the whole day everyday. (I
remember thinking that he seemed to imply that he slept all day so that he could
stay up all night and that was because his ministry at night was so
important).

¨ This scene would seem to be portraying the old charismatic/prophetic
order as being Spiritually immature ( " looking young and thin"), and
lacking the light and revelation of the purposes of God in comparison to
the enlightenment of the "new" ( "his ministry at night"). The old is
devoid of the anointing of the new ("no shirt on") and is Spiritually
asleep to the way the Spirit of God is moving in the end-time Church
today, that is teaching, leading and guiding the sheep personally in
dreams, visions and prophecy. These are the days of the One Shepherd of
the flock of God, the Apostolic headship of Christ.

Ez.34:11 For thus saith the Lord God; Behold I, even I, will both search
My sheep, and seek them out.
:12 As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his
sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver
them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and
dark day.
:13 And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the
countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the
mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of
the country.
:14 I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of
Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, in a
fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.
:15 I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the
Lord God.
:16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was
driven away, and will bind up that which was broken and will strengthen
that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will
feed them with judgment.

Eph.5:13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the
light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.
:14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the
dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
:15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
:16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
:17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the
Lord is.
:18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with
the Spirit;

Scene 2: The man takes hold of my arm, saying that my arm is too big.
I kept thinking that he was talking about my arm being fat (although it
isn't and wasn't in the dream). Next I am sitting at my desk and notice an
air vent above me blowing air. The air is rattling the vent. This same man
says that he controls the flow of air out of the vent and is going to
turn it off now and turn on the vent in the room next door. Then I climb
onto to my desk to try to adjust the plastic fit of the vent to keep it from
making noise as the air blows. I was trying to hear the music from a new CD I
had just placed in my computer.

¨ Again we see the comparison between the new Apostolic/Prophetic order
which is the strong arm of the Lord in the Earth today (" my arm is too
big") and that of the old which has controlled the operation and
function of the Holy Spirit in the Church, whose commission it is to
lead and teach the flock. The new Apostolic order that you represent
Glenn will be lead and taught of the Spirit of God ("an air vent above
me blowing air") whereas leadership styles, personalities and church
structures of the old have inadvertently or otherwise obstructed the
sheep from hearing and obeying the voice of the Shepherd (" I was trying
to hear the music …").

1Thes.5:19 Quench not the Spirit.
5:20 Despise not prophesyings.
5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.

Scene 3: I see a newspaper article with a picture of this same man (20
years younger) with a picture of a young, dashing looking monk (no
headpiece; beautiful hair). The newspaper article describes how the man
has been asked to take over this monk's church (in the city where this man
actually did assume pastorship of a small church 20 years ago). The
church was in the order of the monk, although the monk may not have been the
pastor of the church. I knew in the dream that I had met this monk on
this occasion 20 years ago when he came to hand control of the church to the
man.

¨ Could the " young, dashing looking monk with beautiful hair" represent
a prideful, religious style of leadership, an Absalom, that has been
inherited by this charismatic/prophetic structure of the old??

Next Scene: In the present. The same monk is carried into this city by
his attendants with pomp and circumstance. He appears older and heavier.
He and his attendants appear to be of a rich, French order. The monk had
fainted.

¨ This same religious order has in the past dominated the structure and
leadership styles of the churches but is now making way for God’s new
Apostolic style of leadership founded upon the revelation of Jesus
Christ ("The monk had fainted").

We approach a beautiful, rustic home that had evidently been the
"parsonage" of the church taken over by the man. On the approach
someone remarks that the house has fallen into disrepair. Actually, the house
looks beautiful. It is exquisite inside the house.

¨ Again we see that this old style of leadership (" the parsonage") is
falling into a state of disrepair and in need of change despite its
worldly professional appearance inside ("exquisite").

Once the monk is laid down inside he comes to consciousness. I
introduce myself and he tells me that he remembers me from the time 20 years ago
and smiles. Then he takes some smelling salts from his pocket, takes the
lid off the bottle and inhales. I see no real effect on him and tell him that I
have never smelled smelling salts. I ask him for his bottle, which he
hands to me. I open the bottle and a breeze of sea air hits me in the face.
I feel the breeze and it smells of ocean, but I do not feel overwhelmed or
startled as I thought I would from smelling salts. It seems very
natural. I close the bottle and give it back to the monk.

¨ It would seem that any attempts to revive this old order will be in
vain for God is calling His Church to a new Apostolic order that is not
rooted in the traditions of men but in the fellowship and communion of
the Spirit who is God in the Earth. This will literally be a breath of
fresh air to the Church that has been asleep to the presence, reality
and commission of the Holy One from Heaven!

Last scene: The monk and I and are in the back of the house, in a
lovely room that stretches the whole width of the house. The entire back wall
is made of windows which overlook the ocean. (The original city where the
man took over the small church is no where near an ocean!) We both look out
at the ocean. End of dream.

¨ This last scene paints a very positive picture of the glorious
end-time Apostolic/Prophetic Church which, by the grace of the
outpouring of the Spirit of God, will have great prophetic insight into
this world and God’s end-time plans for mankind.

Hi Peter,

Yes, your comments were very helpful and you have my permission to use this
dream.

One thing that I noticed that you did not mention is this. The air vent over
my head was "controlled" by the man who represents the old order. This
control of the spiritual is one of the things that marks the old order and is
one of the main reasons for God's judgment on it. Notice that he was going to
turn it off in my room and turn it on the next. Old style leaders always try
to manipulate the spiritual. I think that the air vent represents the false
signs and wonders that are so prevalent among this old order. It represents
the stale air of demons and its noise distracted me from the "new CD," the
things of God. The attempt to stop the "rattling" of the plastic represents
the attempts, so far, of the new order to try to set things aright.

I also believe that the ministry at "night" is another revelation of the dark
nature of much Christian ministry these days. Ministries have adopted the
ways of the world, the night, to appeal to the flesh of man. They do this to
build their mega-ministries, but they have totally missed God by doing this.

I think you hit it with the young "Absolom" type leadership.

I dreamt that I was atop a mountain that was covered with great depths of
snow. There were many families atop this mountain area and the children were
all riding sleds and playing. I was watching the children and found great
joy in it. As the children along with some adults were sled riding, a train
from afar off starting to come their way. I told the children to get off the
train tracks concerned for their safety. Then I noticed another train coming
and then another, until there was about 5 or 6 trains altogether coming from
all different directions and train tracks were being exposed that I had never
noticed before. No one got hurt and I remember thinking how much fun I was
having even in the cold weather, being I do not like to be out in the cold
usually.

· Karen, I wonder if you are representing the end time move of the apostolic/prophetic church. There have been many who are to come to the mountain of the Lord in this great outpouring of God's anointing. They are coming from all the corners of the Earth.

Isaiah 2:2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
2:3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

The dream switched scenes. I was walking and walked into some very deep snow
where once I stepped foot into it, I then began falling through what appeared
to be a tunnel of some sort and I came out into another location on the
mountain. I found this enjoyable, yet startling also. Then, while standing
in this new area, I was watching some ferocious looking large brown grizzly
bears go by. I remained still hoping to go unnoticed. They had long hair
and were moving very swiftly. The sight of them was very fascinating, but it
was hard to determine how many there were because of their swiftness and they
walked very close together. As the bears approached what appeared to be an
empty garage, they changed to people and their coats were changed into heavy
warm coats that Russians where in the snow. There were about 4 men and a
woman.

The transformation from bear to people was so subtle that I wandered
if I actually say bears at all. They seem to have authority over the
activities on the mountain and they were not very nice at all. They
(especially the woman) was very hard and harsh. They came across a window
that was closed somewhere and it really upset them. The woman opened the
window and said that it had to remain open so that the foxes could get
through. When she opened it, one fox ran out and across the mountain.

· There are areas of the church that are still partaking of the false doctrines and old church order. The self esteem teaching is still very strong (bears had long hair)The people here are under the influence of these false doctrines and these deceiving spirits are being allowed to come into the church (open window for foxes to enter). There is no evidence of the heart of Christ in this group ( the women was very hard and harsh).

Jer 50:6 My people hath been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray, they have turned them away on the mountains: they have gone from mountain to hill, they have forgotten their restingplace.
Jer 50:7 All that found them have devoured them: and their adversaries said, We offend not, because they have sinned against the LORD, the habitation of justice, even the LORD, the hope of their fathers.

The dream switched scenes and I was then on a place on the mountain where
some oriental people were camping. The area was atop a cliff, that was very
dangerous in that it was slanted downward. They seem to be able to sit there
with ease and not slide off even though it was covered with snow. I was
having trouble and when I got closer to the edge, my things slid off. In my
attempt to rescue them, I went over, but one of the men caught me. They were
even able to cling to the snow off the side of the cliff. (Like if you were
standing sideways on the mountain of snow)

· I believe that this scene is showing us that God's angles are with His people in this end time outpouring. We must leave all the things of this world and enter into the things of God. There is grace for those who will seek the things of God in these end times.

The dream then switched scenes where I was then at another part of the
mountain holding a large sponge. I jumped off the mountain and when I
jumped, I had my knees bent and placed the sponge under them in order to help
break the fall. I fell at great lengths and when I hit, I was protected by
the sponge, landing very softly. There was no snow in this area and I
remember thinking that I had to get back to the snowy side of the mountain.

· Karen I believe that this scene is showing the hearts of the people that God has called to be His Apostles. This is a time of cleansing when they need to hold up their hearts to the Lord, hearts that can soak up the very spirit of God and this humility and softened, cleansed hearts will protect them.

1 Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
