The promise and beginning of the tide of God’s outpouring of His Spirit upon Lautoka’s Calvary AOG (Fiji) where Paula ministered on 22nd to 24th of October, 1999.
Contents:
* The promise of the incoming tide of the outpouring of God’s Spirit, the scale of which has never happened before and in which His apostles and prophets will minister to call (separate) out the Bride of Christ. Dream by Apostle Hemraj Mangal in June, 1999 and interpretation by Hemraj and Paula.
* God’s word of promise for spiritual renewal, renovation and for great anointing for knowing, hearing and walking with God in Paula’s second mission trip to Fiji. All was fulfilled by the end of October when his trip concluded. Dream by Paula on Sunday 30th May, 1999.
* The baby represents that end time apostolic and prophetic ministry, as ministered by Daystar Ministry, which God will birth into the lives of God’s children at Calvary AOG. The baby’s crying is bringing the dreamer’s attention and Calvary AOG’s attention to that which God is about to do. Dream showing things to come by 18 year old Deepa Mangal on 7th August, 1999.
* Because of blood in the church, the people are insensitive to the prompting of the Spirit and so are unprepared for the coming of the Bridegroom. Dream instruction for Calvary church so that God can move/work in their midst through Daystar Ministry by Deepa Mangal on 16th October, 1999.

THE PROMISE OF THE INCOMING TIDE OF THE OUTPOURING OF GOD’S SPIRIT, THE SCALE OF WHICH HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE and in which His apostles and prophets will minister to call (separate) out the Bride of Christ. Dream by Apostle Hemraj Mangal in June, 1999 and interpretation by Hemraj and Paula.
CIRCUMSTANCES:
In Paula’s ministry visit in May and June of 1999, Daystar Ministry was introduced into Fiji for the first time. I was particularly seeking the Lord for His calling in my life in June, 1999.
THE DREAM:
I saw a huge house (resembled my ex Sigatoka house given by the company, where I lived in the past) and the road leading to the building was filled with clear crystal water. The verandah was enclosed with a security door which was not there in real life. It had a split door and one was opened.
· Company given house and home from the past - God ordained Church ministry.
· Road leading to the building was filled with clear crystal water - God’s way to this ministry is associated with the end time outpouring of His Spirit.
· Security door - The Lord’s selectivity in those who are coming into God’s end time Church.
The water was from an incoming tide and this had never happened before.
I walked through the road and the water was knee deep.
· This is speaking of the great end time outpouring of the Spirit of God the likes of which has never happened before.
· Water knee deep - This outpouring is rising in power and influence.
Ezek 47:1
Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and,
behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house
eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and
the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at
the south side of the altar.
Ezek 47:2
Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me
about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh
eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side.

And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward,
he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters;
the waters were to the ankles.

Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters; the
WATERS WERE TO THE KNEES. Again he measured a thousand, and brought
me through; the waters were to the loins.

Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not
pass over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that
could not be passed over.
I could see a lot of large size red prawns and some small fish in the water.
· Large red prawns - Blood washed divine teaching and enlightenment that accompany this end time outpouring (Direct teaching and leading of God).
· Small fish - God’s personal perspective of individual believers which is the focus of this great outpouring.
I crossed the water and went through the verandah to the other end of the house where I saw a Fijian girl massaging the shoulder of another girl in the lounge. (an activity with those who have a close relationship like family)
· The Church of God’s end time outpouring of His Spirit will bear fruit in loving family relationships.
I also saw two young Fijian boys outside in the verandah. I got out of the room and told the young Fijian boy to get a net to catch the prawns. We went together to a big net which was hanging on a fence line. The boy said, ”The eyes of this net are too big for the prawns. Then he got some material and made a small one-man net.
· Young Fijian boys - Those who will be discipled in the Church of God’s end time outpouring.
· Net to catch the prawns - Equipping to harvest the end time direct teaching of God and the people of the Church of that relationship and fellowship with God.
While we were getting our net ready we saw the car parked just outside this street filled with water. Two Westpac Bank men got out. The boy said that they were going to catch prawns.
· Car and two men from the bank - The end time ministry of God’s apostles and prophets who are very valuable in the harvest or calling forth of the end time Church (Bride of Christ).
I also saw an ex government minister and former boss (associated with corruption) and his wife, who were both well dressed, walking towards the Westpac car.
· These two represent spiritually corrupt leadership who will try to board or try to promote themselves into the ministry of apostles and prophets.
Matt 7
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide [is] the gate, and broad [is] the
way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait [is] the gate, and narrow [is] the way, which leadeth unto
life, and few there be that find it.
15. Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but
inwardly they are ravening wolves.
SCENE CHANGE.
I saw myself walking on the veranda coming to the street end filled with water. I went into the first room and saw my wife asleep.
· Wife asleep on the bed - speaks of the dreams and visions which will accompany this end time outpouring of God’s Spirit.
SCENE CHANGE.
I saw that I had parked my car at the first compound on the right hand of the road to the Bethlehem church at Ba (My home church in the past). No one was in the compound and it looked clean and neat. The door of the house was fully opened and women and children were sitting inside. My wife came out of the car and hugged a child.
· Bethlehem home church - Churches birthed (Bethlehem) in the Lord’s end time outpouring of His Spirit and with which Apostle Hemraj Mangal and his wife will identify.
I saw a big round cast iron open pot of freshly cooked pork meat with steam coming out. The white fat was cut into 7” by 2” shaped triangles. One man in the house asked if I take pork meat. I replied yes. Then I woke up.
· Apostle Hemraj and the people of the end time Church/Temple will be priests unto God and partakers of God’s sacrifice and offering at the altar (partakers of Christ and His Cross).

And there was a row of building round about in them, round about them
four, and it was made with boiling places under the rows round about.

Then said he unto me, These are the places of them that boil, where
the ministers of the house shall boil the sacrifice of the people.

Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and,

CIRCUMSTANCES:
This morning I will be speaking at the Calvary AOG which is an Indian church. This is my first dream from the Lord since I arrived in Fiji and since I dealt with the hindering spirit which was manifested to me as a spider in a vision while I was conscious and had my natural eyes opened.
THE DREAM:
I was visiting this dilapidated house in a township which I understood was going to be sold. I was in the basement and saw that it was in such a neglected state that it would be hard to sell the house. I went away for a period of time and then came back.
· Dilapidated house that was going to be sold - Dilapidated spiritual state of Calvary AOG which God was going to work on and bring great value to (to be sold).
· I went away for a period of time and then came back - Paula is going back home and will come back for a second mission trip to Fiji and to Calvary AOG.
This time the whole house was renovated. I was in the basement again (I didn’t see the rest of the house) and marveled at how it was renewed and prepared for comfortable and clean living. I thought that now anyone looking at the house will want to buy it.
· There will be a work of God in spiritual renewal, revival and renovation in Paula’s second missions trip which will bring great value and attraction to Calvary AOG.
The ground was newly landscaped with shootings of plants and trees being planted on the freshly tilled ground. A woman and a few others were around as if we were going to get together for a celebration.
· God’s children will be planted in the newly landscaped and freshly tilled ground of the new spiritual environment of the church. A celebration will take place at the end of this ministry.
CHANGE OF SCENE:
I was in a bush setting where a motor bike race was in progress. I was at a small cement crossing which laid across a little stream. A motor bike had stopped here because it had a tire problem and the rider was disappointed and angry at the manufacturer of the tire. It was as if he was waiting for the manufacturer to turn up so that he could give him a piece of his mind. There was a woman with him.
· This scene speaks of the church leader’s defective equipping ( in the area of his personal equipping for ministry by others to run the race of God’s pastoral calling (woman/church with him).
SCENE CHANGE:
I was at a house with a big and long backyard which sloped downwards to the border fence. I saw a shed on the left side and beyond it a large mattress was leaned up against the fence. I figured that it would have been left out there for a few days after a special gathering and would have been exposed to rain. I called out to the young men to go a bring the mattress into the shed. As my son Paul and a couple of others went down to get the mattress, I went into the shed to prepare a place for it.
I then understood that I had built the shed as if this was a work station. I walked into the shed and put a couple of planks on the floor against the wall for the mattress to stand on.
· The shed that I built is Daystar Ministry’s seminar for the equipping of the saints for ministry. The large mattress speaks of God’s great anointing for divine dreams and visions which accompanies Daystar’s seminars for knowing God. Here the people are taught to directly and personally hear the Spirit to be taught and led of Him.
Then I noticed that someone had dumped some waste building material like broken cement in the shed instead of getting rid of them from the property. I thought about how I had built the shed and a builder just came and dumped his waste in it. I then woke up.
· This passage of the dream is revealing that there will be an attempt by some church minister (builder) to bring disrepute (waste) to Paula’s second mission trip.
[All of the above and below were fulfilled by the end of Paula’s second mission trip at the end of October, 1999]

· The promise of God for a great influx of people into Calvary AOG.
Then I saw some people were outside the church and it was raining very heavily. The people outside were enjoying the benefits of this rain. They were also rejoicing with their hands lifted up. The people outside were mostly young people, babies and new believers.
· This great influx of new believers will be caused by the rains of the outpouring of God’s Spirit which will be received by the people in the coming ministry of Paula in October. That is, God is revealing that He has gone before Daystar Ministry so that the ministry will be successfully victorious in the will and anointing of God.
Then I saw a room in which children, teenagers especially my cousins were sleeping with a baby. This baby is crying but those asleep are unaware of this. The baby is still crying. I woke up from my sleep.
· The baby represents that end time apostolic and prophetic ministry, as ministered by Daystar Ministry, which God will birth into the lives of God’s children at Calvary AOG. The baby’s crying is bringing the dreamer’s attention and Calvary AOG’s attention to that which God is about to do. The church will soon awake to the presence and blessing of this gift of God.

I saw my grandparent’s home in Rakiraki. Lots of people are gathered – it is like they are having a function; a wedding. Then I saw a particular room- this particular room belongs to my uncle and his wife (they live with my grandfather). In this room, my cousins are playing, when suddenly they realised there was blood on the floor. It was sprinkled on the floor. They then informed one of the uncles, who do not really pay attention to it but comes and wipes it away.
· Grandparents home where people are gathered - Calvary AOG church.
· Blood sprinkled on the floor - hate, criticism, jealousy and murmuring.
1Jn 3
14. We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the
brethren. He that loveth not [his] brother abideth in death.
15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer
hath eternal life abiding in him.
16 Hereby perceive we the love [of God], because he laid down his life for
us: and we ought to lay down [our] lives for the brethren.
I saw my parents having a shower in the front of the house. They were actually drawing water from a well to get washed and cleaned.
· The parents having a shower in the front of the house speaks of God’s priority (front) in the cleansing by the Spirit of the church from blood.
Eph 5
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave
himself for it;
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the
word,
I am now in my uncle’s room. The blood is again on the floor and I called on everyone to pray saying something terrible is about to happen. But none of them really paid any attention to me.
· The blood again on the floor after wiping speaks of this sin in the camp which was dealt with in the past but which has resurfaced. God wants to deal with it but the folks are insensitive to this prompting of the Lord.
THE SCENE CHANGES.
I saw my parents have gone somewhere. I and one of my aunts are standing at the front door of the house, and then we heard a noise- like the bridegroom is coming. The bridegroom has come and no one is ready. My aunt told me go and get ready.
· Because of blood in the church, the people are insensitive to the prompting of the Spirit and so are unprepared for the coming of the Bridegroom (the Lord).
I am ready and the wedding ceremony is over. Then my aunt and I went to the bridegroom’s place. His home is beautiful, just beautiful. I then said to my aunt, we living in so much riches but compared to this place we are really living in poverty.
· The wedding referred to in this dream is the Wedding of Jesus to His Church/Bride as His place (heavenly abode) is of the riches of the Creator God.

Sixth and final report from Lautoka Fiji on 25th October, 1999: DAYSTAR EXPRESS LOCOMOTIVE STEAMS INTO LAUTOKA
If the Daystar Express train ran into Rakiraki to conquer and to take the believers of Maranatha AOG and visitors into the Promised Land of knowing God intimately to be taught and led of the Spirit, then it steamed into Lautoka with all whistles a blowing!!!
The last 3 nights at Lautoka’s Calvary AOG (under Pastor Nathaniel and Josephine Sami) has been the most perfect expression of Daystar Apostleship anointing so far! The whole church has come through a God ordained spiritual “revival, renewal, renovation and re-landscaping.” This is the word of the Lord from a dream that I shared on a Sunday morning service when I was last here at the end of May of this year. I declared that this renovation and landscaping was going to be fulfilled the next time I came to this church (details will be in the D&V List of dreams from this Lautoka phenomenon). At the time and up to 3 days ago I had no idea how this was going to take place. Well it was comprehensively and delightfully fulfilled in the last three days. It is to this end in the churches that God raised up and anointed Daystar Ministry and it is to this end that Daystar will now go forth! A huge door has been opened that no man nor demon can shut! The New Testament inheritance of God’s Priests and Levites is being experientially possessed in a practically credible and demonstrative way! GLORY TO THE LORD!!!
The people, the leadership that attended and the senior pastor now have a healthy hunger and thirst for Daystar type anointed teaching to continue in the church. Certain of the leadership who attended the last 3 nights asked Hemraj Mangal after last night’s session for this type of teaching to be done every Thursday night. They just assumed that since Hemraj has been with me that he can teach like Daystar folks also. I haven’t had a chance to find out but he has the potential and all is in the hands of the Lord and not in the hands of flesh and blood. They are going to approach the Pastor (an excited, delighted, willing and motivated man right now, I might add!). Well, what can I say except, PRAISE GOD FOREVER!!! Right now I feel that the ministry can engage and conquer any church for the possession of the inheritance in the name of the Lord and absolutely no weapon that is formed against it can prosper!
ANY CHURCH OUT THERE THAT WOULD LIKE DAYSTAR MINISTRY TO COME AND HELP ESTABLISH BELIEVERS ON THE SURE ROCK OF KNOWING GOD TO BE PERSONALLY AND INTIMATELY TAUGHT AND LED OF THE SPIRIT, JUST SEND US AN EMAIL.
A family from the Daystar Team, Gavin and Kerry Porter and three children, will be in Florida, USA in secular employment from January, 2000 for 6 months and may be able to help out in any church in the region.
