I had this short dream this morning.  I am walking in the neighborhood of my

youth with a female friend.  This friend and I had been to her house. 

(interesting here, she did not live in my neighborhood when we were young) As

we left her house, I looked back and I saw that the fence around her house

had been pulled up from its foundation.  Her house was near the railroad

tracks and we decided to cross them during our walk.  I remember taking my

shoes in my hands and walking in this pure white sand that was on the tracks

and around them.  I could feel the vibrations of the approaching train as we

both played and twirled our feet in the white sand.  I awoke from the dream

as I told her that the train was coming.

 

·        The neighborhood of your youth speaks of your Christian environment and your friend is portraying your Christian brethren. The focus of the dream is the coming train of God’s end time Apostolic Order whose path is in the way of the righteousness of God (pure white sand). I dreamt a couple of weeks ago that I was approaching a stately kind of
mansion, there were people inside the mansion, but I don't know what they
were doing. I knew that the sea or the river had overflowed and had flowed
onto the floor of the house. I was wearing sandals and as I found myself
wading through this water (just over ankle deep) I wondered whether I ought
to take my sandals off (perhaps I thought they might be damaged by the
water) but then I felt that it didn't really matter, so I continued wading
my way through this house. End of dream.

I was in a church service and was standing at the back.  I then overheard

(even though it would have been naturally impossible for me to hear what was

said)a minister at the altar area telling a young man (that goes to my local

church and I have known for quite some time -now only as friend) that the

Lord had chosen his wife.  The minister then began walking down the ailse of

the church with two other ministers -all dressed in robes- one to the left

and one to the right, with the young man left at the altar speaking in

tongues.  As the three men walked down the ailse, the minister in the middle

that had spoken to the young man had a candle on a lampstick/stand in his

hand.  As they passed by me at the back part of the church I leaned out of

the way as I did not want the wax to fall on me, but some of it fell on me

and I could feel the head of the wax.  With this I awoke.

 

·        In a general application the dream is saying that God (three in one Godhead) is about to call/choose out the Bride for His Son (young man) from within Christendom by the leading of the Spirit (Candlestick and wax). This interpretation feels more correct!

Dear Pastor Paula:

 

The circumstances are the same as I have had many times in the past; I am quite concerned about the corporate church and what is not being done related to the apostolic and prophetic movement and winning and saving souls.

 

The dream begins with me in the den of my present home.  I have gone into

this room for a reason that I don't remember from the dream.  As I walked in

the room, the back door opens and two women walk in.  (This door is never

used) I don't know either of the women, and they come in without knocking or

setting off the security system.  One of the women reaches in the corner of

the room and takes a double barrel shotgun in her hands.  I thought that it

was interesting that a shotgun was in the room since we don't own one.  The

woman acted as if she knew the gun was already there.  She looked at me,

grinned, (she had a mouth filled with gold front teeth, and she also wore old

type eyeglasses shaped like a cat's eyes), cocked the gun directly at me and

pulled the trigger.

 

·        Laura, as the dreamer you represent God’s prophetic and apostolic people of the moving/working of His Spirit in the late 1990’s (present home). The two women who walked in supernaturally portray two principalities of darkness, working in the churches (women) who have been assigned to attack and destroy God’s end time Church built on the foundation of His apostles and prophets. The shotgun already in the house is probably revealing that the weapon that these hosts of darkness will use is that which is in the apostolic/prophetic Church.  I wonder if this refers to the dreams, visions and prophecy that characterize the apostolic/prophetic Church of the late 1990’s.  That is, they will attack, undermine and seek to destroy God’s way of communion with His people in the dreams, visions and prophecy of the late 1990’s.

 

·        The dream also provides insight into the nature of the woman attacker. Her old cat’s eye glasses speak of the intense “old prophetic” type ability that is of the churches she influences and uses. The gold front teeth of her mouth can speak of enticing words that promise riches and prosperity. It may also reveal that she is into the gold dentistry business.

 

I saw the shells as they loaded in both barrels of the shotgun, I also saw the shells begin to exit from the barrels.  As the shells exited from the gun, they broke apart and turned red like a firecracker.  The woman looked at me and said, "I didn't know that was you, if I had known that was you I wouldn't have done that."  I said to her as she continued to grin at me, "Yeah, right." I awoke from the dream without knowing what happened to the second woman, and I thought no weapon formed against me will prosper.  I knew that this woman had come in to my home to kill me.

Hi Paula!

Greetings in Jesus name! I had this dream last night---

 

I dreamed I saw a very rich man and woman. I "saw" them as they were

getting dressed. The man was in a very expensive tuxedo and the woman

was dressed in a very expensive evening gown made with siquins. Both of

them appeared to be in their late 60's-70's, with white hair.

 

I saw them as they were walking down the sidewalk to come to our church.

( our church is located in the downtown area and is in an old theater).

 

Our Pastor was standing out in front of the church as he always does

shaking the hands of the people when they enter. As they approached the

building, and the Pastor walked up to greet them they got this extremely

shocked look on their face as if they would not be interested in shaking

his hand the way he was dressed (in jeans and t-shirt). I wish I could

really describe the look of disgust on their faces.

END OF DREAM

 

I feel as though this dream could mean this:

 

God is raising up Pastors and leaders that will not "look" like the

status quo of the other leaders as we know them. The religious, the

wealthy people, the traditionalist, will take one look and reject them

because they do not fit in with the standard they have set in their own

minds.

 

Those are things and thoughts that come from the pit, and that is where

they have to return to. God is changing the way the church "used" to be

and these religious traditionalists and ideas will either bow their knee

to the King of Glory or be thrown into the pit on the day of judgment.

 

God has something to say about that:

 

James 5:1-3

" Look here you rich men, now is the time to cry and groan with

anguished grief because of all the terrible troubles ahead of you.

Your wealth is even now rotting away, and your fine clothes are becoming

mere moth eaten rags. The value of your gold and silver is dropping

fast, yet it will stand as evidence against you, and eat your flesh like

fire. That is you have stored up for yourselves, to receive on that

1st Dream -

I dream that my husband was holding a large book with blank pages. On each

page was the word Taterus/Tateris.  First spelling is closest.  Demons were coming at him and I fought them all night.

 

·        Tartarus - Greek name for Hell.

·        Is your husband involved, or has he or anyone close to him in his family been involved in the occult?  I am referring to more than just a casual involvement.

 

·        The book with blank pages refers to your husband's future.  It has yet to be determined what his life will be like. You are the determining factor. You are battling demonic forces that seek to turn him from the destiny that God has for him.  You have been battling these forces through intercession. You will prevail.

 

2nd Dream -

 

I was walking down to a beautiful white sandy beach.  I could see calm blue

clear water.  The water was so clear I could see the sea weed dancing in the water.  It was so enticing, I went wading in the water.  Once in the water, I found myself standing on dry sea weed, the water was gone.

 

·        The clear water is enticing.  You are drawn and attracted to God.  You are seeking Him in what seems to be a good and inviting place.  That place is the kind of churches you have frequented.  Those churches are all around us.  That is the church of the present world system.

·        You will get in the water and suddenly you will see that the water is not there.  Water represents life, but the sea water here does not give life. (You can't drink it. The more saltwater you tried to drink, the thirstier you would be.)

·        The churches you have seen are not the Church that is to be.   There is coming a Church that is the true Church of Jesus Christ.  This Church will have life to give to all.  Coming to this Church will mean drinking of the water of life, and those who drink of it will never thirst for anything else.

·        When your eyes are open and you realize that the Church of today does not have what you need (realizing that the water is gone), then you will find the true Church, for God will reveal it to you and in you.

INTERPRETATION BY JIM BLACK:

 

Here are my comments on those two dreams.  I did not try an interpretation since Jim Brooks addresed my feelings completely.

 

I thought Jim Brooks interpretations of the two dreams were very good.  He has clear insight into many areas which are somewhat dim to me

(especially the occult).  I think the sea weed represents the same as normal weeds with a slight twist.  Sea weed can be consummed and used

as food, but leaves a lot to be desired in terms of taste.  Dry sea weed would certainly be unpalitable(Standing on - trying to live on).  The

Holy Spirt is represented most often by fresh water, sea water would be more consistant with the world.
