* God’s end time apostolic and prophetic ministers are trying to bring God’s people into the anointing of the direct teaching and leading of the Spirit and this is proving to be difficult at present. The dream is saying that people who do not hear God directly are enthralled and dependent on the captivating technology of the Internet, books and tapes etc. where they can feed on what others have prepared. PART 1
It seemed I found myself in the "middle" of this dream. That is, some events
had taken place prior to my being aware of being present, and some events
happened afterwards.
When I became aware of my surroundings, I found myself perched in a dense
flat topped "thorn" tree. I knew a large scaly crocodile had pursued me and I
had climbed the tree to escape from him. I saw him crouched at the bottom of
the tree, his jaws open. I was cut up from the thorns, but I sat down carefully to avoid being pierced any more by the long thorns.
2Cor 12: 7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a THORN IN THE FLESH, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.
8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.
9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is
made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my
infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities,
in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am
I strong.
· Relative to the dream the thorn tree could correspond to the source of the “thorn in the flesh.” It could therefore portray the Church in apostasy just as the biblical fig tree sometimes represents Israel. The cutting of the flat toped tree agrees with the measure taken “lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations.” That is, the thorn in the flesh is for a protection against the pursuing crocodile which would correspond to the cause of infirmities, reproaches, necessities, persecutions and distresses for Christ's sake. This sounds like the lot for God’s end time apostles even as it was with the Apostle Paul. Paul’s thorn in the flesh was, in fact, a messenger of Satan. In the end times the thorn in the flesh for God’s apostles of the late 1990’s is the Church after the flesh and after the spirit of the world which is susceptible to the power of the god of the world (crocodile or dragon).
Then I saw flocks of brightly colored birds flocking around me. They were
very different species, and none that I was familiar with. Some had great
fans for tails and others had crowns of brightly colored feathers. One of
the beautiful birds tried to approach me, but I felt a reluctance in my spirit
to let anything come near me.

· Today God’s end time apostles and prophets correspond to the 12 disciples of Jesus who hear the parables of the Holy Spirit in dreams and visions of the sleep and trance states and go to Him for the exposition of their meanings. As it was in the days of Jesus, many are seeing and hearing His dreams, visions, prophecy and many mighty works. As it was with Jesus, some respond as the unstable and easily led multitudes and others are like the religious traditionalists who respond as the Pharisees, Sadducees and Scribes who opposed, persecuted and killed Jesus.
Now my attention turned to the far and distant landscape. When I had looked
out on it everything appeared green. But as I continued to gaze, in almost
slow motion, the grass and trees began to wither and turned parched and dry.
· This is the language of God’s judgment upon blinded Christendom that reject the Holy Spirit even as it was upon Israel that rejected His prophets and Judaism that killed Jesus.
Joel 1:18
How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because
they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate.
Joel 1:19
O LORD, to thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures
of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the
field.
Just as God took the nation of Israel into judgment for persecuting the righteous one, much more He was going to judge Christendom that blaspheme the Holy Spirit!
Mark 3: 28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men,
and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness,
but is in danger of eternal damnation:
30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.
I knew now the only "safe" place was in the "thorn" tree. No other animal
would approach because of the sharp thorns. I saw many kinds of beasts
roaming the desolate landscape.

Our character, disposition and attitude in this context should therefore be as in the following scripture:
1Cor.4: 5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the
counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
6 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and
[to] Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think [of men]
above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against
another.
PART 2
I found myself on a large tour bus. It was headed toward a beautiful
historic museum. I was seated next to an older woman (like a
grandmother-Holy Spirit?) We were discussing the architectural landmarks and
the colonnaded arches at the gateway leading to the museum. When we finally
arrived, we disembarked from the bus and hurried to enter the museum.
· The large tour bus heading towards the beautiful historic museum is speaking about the work of restoration that God will embark on in the days of the Church of His end time Apostolic Order. God will restore His church into the glory that Jesus Christ established by His atoning death and victorious resurrection into heavenly places.
John 17: 19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified
through the truth.
20. Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on
me through their word;
21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, [art] in me, and I in thee,
that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast
sent me.
22 And THE GLORY WHICH THOU GAVEST ME I HAVE GIVEN THEM; that they may be one, even as we are one:
Here the walls were covered with pictures, illustrations and text (almost like
huge illuminated manuscripts!) All was embellished with gold. The walls
were heavy, solid and stone. There were no frames around the illustrations
or the rest. They were written right into the walls.
· God has given His instructions to His church (all was embellished with gold). It has been laid out before His people but in the past these instructions have been ignored, forgotten and neglected. These instructions which underpin the restoration work in the end time Apostolic and Prophetic Church are imbedded in solid rock, being founded on our Lord Jesus Christ.
Now we hurried down a corridor toward another section of the museum. I came
to a door with a sign that was stuck at eye level. But I couldn't read it
because the sign was bent in half. From there we went into the 'records'
section of the "gift shop". The old woman pulled open a drawer of a file
cabinet and then pulled a ledger with names and numbers on it. She came to
a name at #72. (I think it was my name).Then I said to her, "See it was registered here on 2?8. We continued to walk through the shop looking at all the gifts.
· The sign at the door at eye level is telling us that the message/word within this door is so important for us that we must not miss it! The sign that was bent in the gifts section of the Church could be referring to the fact that this is an abused area within Christendom. The dream is revealing to us that, relative to the use of the gifts, there is a record that is kept in heaven (the 'records' section of the "gift shop"). The fact that your name was recorded twice could refer to the two particular gifts of the Spirit that you (end time apostles and prophets) operate in currently in the process of the restoration work of God. Most likely these are the gifts of “the spirit of wisdom and revelation” (in prophecy, dreams, visions and interpretation) in the knowledge of the Spirit of Christ (Eph.1:17).

PART 3
After I left the museum, I was in my room looking in the 2nd drawer of my
bureau for cologne I always wear. But I couldn't find it. However, I found
a new bottle of cologne. It was in a beautiful crystal and alabaster bottle
with an ornately carved stopper. The carving was in the shape of a bird.
End of dream. When I awoke, I kept getting the word "thornbirds".
· This part of your dream is saying that in the restoration work of God there will be a new end time anointing (a new bottle of cologne) for God’s Church built on the foundation of God’s apostles and prophets. Those who are partakers of this end time anointing will be marked by the attention given to them by those who are symbolized by the thornbirds of the thorn tree.
NOVEMBER, 1999
Have had another dream recently about the "thornbirds". It was very short
and not particularly detailed. In the dream, four (4) different individuals
came to me and were trying to give me the definition and interpretation of
"thornbirds". When I woke up I had no clue as to the identity of these
individuals, nor what they had told me. But the dream kept stirring in my
spirit all day. I finally called Roberta to ask if she knew anything about
these "thornbirds" or if Brother Paula or Peter Taylor.
Denise, in this dream God is repeating and emphasizing the message of the thorn tree and thorn birds of the dream above. It is a “Thus saith the Lord!”

GOD’S END TIME APOSTOLIC AND PROPHETIC MINISTERS ARE TRYING TO BRING GOD’S PEOPLE INTO THE ANOINTING OF THE DIRECT TEACHING AND LEADING OF THE SPIRIT and this is proving to be difficult at present. Dear Daystar Family,
I pray you are all being blessed with His Love and Refreshment. I had a dream on Nov. 14th. Prior to this dream, I have been hungering and thirsting for righteousness & His Holiness. I can't get enough of His Word or Presence, I have a deep unsatisfied hunger.
DREAM -
I dreamt I was in a church kitchen. It was a huge old, old church with a manse on it and a big yard.
· The huge old church could represent the Church of Jesus Christ.
The kitchen was separate from the church. I had put fresh ground whole wheat and 8 egg yolks in my big bowl. The bowl was an old white one from the 50's or 60's. A big strong, white, rimmed bowl.
· The kitchen of the Church portrays the place of preparation of the teachings and doctrines (food) of Christ. As the dreamer you most likely depict the apostolic and prophetic people of the late 1990’s. The number 8 in the 8 yokes in your bowl speaks of this people being separated unto God (1Pet.3:20) by the fresh and direct teaching (wheat) of the Holy Spirit. This way of direct heavenly communion in righteousness (white) is from “old time” (The bowl was an old white one) and it is a credible and sure way of real fellowship with God (A big strong, white, rimmed bowl). The egg yokes speak of new beginnings and are most likely referring to the emerging era of the end time Apostolic Order.

ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any
private interpretation.

For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy
men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
Then the others were called outside to bake their bread.
· Those called to go outside the Church and the anointing thereof are those who do not believe in nor are they walking in the direct teaching and leading of the Holy Spirit.
1John 2:27
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and
ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing
teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as
it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear,
we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
We went outside (I was confused as to why we had to go out there, we were preparing inside). Outside all over the yard were many bread bakers(ovens) they were in perfect rows and all the lids were open. Then the people who were beside the ovens picked up perfect dough shaped in loaves. They placed these loaves in the ovens. The ladies just stood there (each beside an oven )and watched their loaves being baked for them.
· Those who are not directly taught and led of the Spirit rely on repetitive mass produced ministry (bread bakers in perfect rows) as in books, tapes and the Internet etc. for their teaching and guidance. They rely on men rather than relying primarily on God (watched their loaves being baked for them).
I was calling to them, this isn't how you make bread.
Isa 55:1
Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath
no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without
money and without price.
Isa 55:2
Wherefore do ye spend money for THAT WHICH IS NOT BREAD? and your
labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and
eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
Isa 55:3
Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live;
and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure
mercies of David.
Come with me and I will show you how to make the challah ( Jewish celebration bread) braided egg bread, that has 3 stranded braid on it . I knew we were supposed to make this bread and prepare it for the Feasts of the Lord. I went inside, no one followed, they were so enthralled with their bread machines. I was very disappointed, but I was determined to make this bread.
· God’s end time apostolic and prophetic ministers are trying to bring God’s people into the anointing of the direct teaching and leading of the Spirit (bread of the Feasts of the Lord) and this is proving to be difficult at present. The dream is saying that people who do not hear God directly are enthralled and dependent on the captivating technology of the Internet, books and tapes etc. where they can feed on what others have prepared.
I went into the kitchen and looked in my recipe books for the Challah recipe. I turned to the index for the listing on page 116, it wasn't there. I looked in another recipe index, page 152, it wasn't there either. This surprised me, because I knew it was there before. I had to make the bread from memory, I knew God would help me.
· Even in this last section of the scene God is highlighting his desire for His people to come to Him directly for His personal teaching and leading in their lives (I had to make the bread from memory, I knew God would help me). The fact that 116 and 152 both add up to 8, as you pointed out Carolyn, is the Spirit’s way of bringing our attention emphatically to the fact that God is on the move to separate out a people unto Himself. Perhaps this is the way the Lord is calling forth His Bride from within Christendom.
NEXT SCENE-
We were called into the sanctuary and there was a service going on. The speaker was Dennis Wiedrich ( an intercessory and prophetic teacher). He began to sing a special with a lady on the second row. She moved out and stood beside him and continued to sing. It was a beautiful song with harmony. I love music and moved closer to hear. I tripped over the pew and fell into the third row. I was very embarrassed ( no one seemed to notice thank goodness). The lady gradually moved back to the second pew and Dennis continued to sing. I was singing along with them as everyone else was, but I couldn't get on key. A woman behind me told me to shut-up, I was ruining the song. I stopped singing, I knew I was off key. End. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be in and with all of you.
· The dream is saying that you (apostolic and prophetic people) are separated from those who primarily rely on men and technology for their Christian teaching and guidance rather than relying on God directly. You are not in harmony with them and if you try to be in harmony with them you will stumble and be rejected.
