Paula,
I had this dream several nights ago and I am not sure of the meaning of the
beginning. Thought the Lord may give you some insight on it.
It started out with my pastor's wife (who also pastors our church) and a
bunch of people from our church in a group. We were about to go on a trip.
My husband and I were "in charge" of the luggage.
· You and your husband, the pastor’s wife and others from your church represent your local church. Going on a trip could therefore be speaking of the church embarking on a ministry directive. Here, the luggage could depict the gifts of the Spirit that will accompany this ministry outreach. Being the dreamer you represent God’s apostolic and prophetic (husband and wife) ability of the late 1990’s and these two anointing will look over the gifts of the Spirit operating in this church outreach.
The next part was that we all had "assignments" to go somewhere. I ended up
going to a college who was putting on a play or drama. They were honoring
the graduates. They had the graduates on the left of the stage who came out
with a trophy and posed and was on like a convayer belt which took them
across the floor. The first one was brought passed the stage, like he was
taken to a different area. The others were brought to a place on the stage
where there were stairs. Each graduate had there place on a stair in a
diagonal line. On the top part of the stage, there was a tree. They all
looked towards the tree and bowed down to it. (I figured this would be the
tree of knowledge). Then, the next scene was they had a globe on the stage
and the announcer said, "And we give not credit to God as being the
creator."
· We all had "assignments" to go somewhere - church outreach into the community.
· Going to a college - Church youth outreach to educational institutions.
· Honoring of graduates - Knowledge as an idol.
· Bowing to tree - Worship of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil by your society’s and the global education institution. It is blatantly antichrist. (They had a globe on the stage and the announcer said, "And we give not credit to God as being the Creator.")
I then, flew to someone who was very upset about all of this. I said to
them, "We need to keep our eyes focused on God." Then, I guess God was
sending me to another place, because I was next crawling in a tunnel which
brought me to the director of the play's house. I got to the end of the
tunnel and looked and I saw the inside of a house. It was very dimly lit.
The shades looked like they were down. But, in the dream I knew it was the
director’s house.
· This dream is saying that the coordinator of the antichrist spirit which pervades our educational institutions is the devil himself, as his house was underground and was dimly lit. He is symbolically represented by the tree of the knowledge of good and evil unto which the graduates had to bow.
That was the end of the dream. I felt like maybe the Lord was calling me to
pray for the schools and the students to have God really move with power to
brake the pride and false teachings. But, the beginning, I am not sure of
it's meaning. Maybe the Lord wants to use our church in this area.
· You grasped the gist of the message of this dream here Niki. However, the message is much stronger and more detailed in revealing things as they are with regards to the education of our children and youth in society’s educational institutions. This certainly calls for prayer and action and could direct the ministry calling of both yourself and your husband.

Just so you have a refresher of my involvement with the church. My husband
and I are involved with the youth. We pray for them and help out with the
youth group. We have been called to other things also, but God hasn't
brought them to pass just yet. So, we are just waiting on God. I am also a
prophetic intercessor.
Pray that the Lord anoints you with some wisdom and insight.

Subject: Dream Submission: America Outcasted
Dear Mr. Cavu:
I had the following dream last night, Sunday, December 5, 1999. I
have been battling a cold and sore throat so I am aware that sometimes
my discomfort translates into my dreams. I had pretty much come to
that conclusion however, upon further consideration I decided the
dream content may have relevance. I am still in a learning stage
regarding dream language so I don't claim to know for a fact that it
is revelatory.
Since it seems to be about (in my mind) the United States, I
understand that it may not be in conformance with the parameters
of what you envision for your list. If you so deem it inappropriate,
then please feel free to not submit it for public consideration.

I dreamt that an unknown male came to me providing information that he certainly thought was interesting and thought I might find of interest as well. Apparently I was in Israel and another person (I believe was male) was with me.
· The unknown male represents a message/word for you in this dream as a prophetic voice to the nation of America. The prophetic word concerns America and its involvement with Israel.
As we were walking, he asked me if I was familiar with the passages of scripture whereby some individuals, based upon their offense, were condemned to being stoned. Apparently nakedness had something to do with the punishment as well. He was leading me to a man that was currently under such judgment and said that he was being given stones to eat which didn't make sense to me.
I looked up and there was the man perched up in what appeared to be a
burned framework of a building. (Even though I perceived the man to
be naked I never saw his nakedness). The man approached me and now
was wearing sackcloth and head was covered as well. Presuming him to
be a Jew I was surprised when I looked into his face. He was about 30
years old and had bright blue eyes. I realized he was American. I
said to him "You are American aren't you?" and he said "Yes". I said
something to the effect, "Well I guess I don't need to ask you how you
feel." and He said something like, "I can't begin to describe to you
what I am going through." (All the while the other two men are with
me (silent) and I am thinking how struck I am that he is submitting
himself to his father's punishment-no rebellion)
· The implication here is that America (the man indicted of the offense) has committed a sin which is similar to the sin that warrants being made naked and stoning under God’s Old Testament Covenant with the Jews. · The dream is saying that America was forced into this situation by overwhelming circumstances beyond its own will (he was being given stones to eat) and has therefore placed itself in the place of warranting judgment from God (I am thinking how struck I am that he is submitting himself to his father's punishment-no rebellion).
I then find myself alone watching this man. The city is now covered
in water. Dirty water. The streets are bustling with transportation
by bus, car, etc. This man is floating and sliding through the water.
He has had to learn how to flow with the traffic as well as avoid
being hit by oncoming cars as he is floating aimlessly through the
water. I sensed that I was observing what his days are consumed with.
This is where my dream ended.
· The city being covered by dirty water speaks of Jerusalem ( Israel) being overrun by the spirit of the Gentile nations of the UN. In all this America is not going to be able to have the power to do anything. America will just learn to go with the flow of world politics in losing its authority in superpower decision making. (This man is floating and sliding through the water. He has had to learn how to flow with the traffic as well as avoid being hit by oncoming cars as he is floating aimlessly through the water.)

I was in what is my current home and walking through the living room
towards the hallway. Just before the opening, there is a cold air
return on the floor to the left. I glanced at it and then really looked again. I
could see my furnace and there were LARGE black and black and grey
spiders all over/around it. I knew they had to be removed, and next thing I
knew I was in the "basement room" with the furnace and one of the spiders was
dead. I was just about to get another when I awoke.
· Your home could represent your spiritual home which is the local church. The furnace and cold air return speak of that which brings a comfortable atmosphere into the church. This is the ministry of the Comforter or the Holy Spirit. He is here to directly teach and guide us in the life and will of God. Obviously the devil does not want this to be happening so he is sending his messengers (black and grey spiders) to try and prevent the church from communing with the Holy Ghost. The dream is saying that the work of these messengers of Satan will be destroyed by the anointing upon the foundation ministries (in the basement) of the apostle and prophet.
Approx a week later, mid-late October 1999
I was driving down a familiar busy 4 lane road. I was a teenager
growing up in this area, and my parents still live there. The street
is lined with grocery stores, strip malls, fast food, gas stations
etc.
As I was driving along, everything turned into older, empty dorm
like buildings. One even appeared as a crosswalk over the road. As I
looked closer, I saw that they were empty, stripped of everything and
they had been classrooms. I woke up.
· The familiar 4 lane road and neighbourhood of your parents and your childhood can speak of your church denomination. The dream is saying that the church denomination is undergoing a drastic change for the worse! The buildings changing to old empty dorms speak of uniformity because of strong control by that which genders death rather than that which ministers life. This calls for prayer and intercession!
Late October, 1999
Preface: Our local church was hosting a fall festival. Being a new
Christian, I was wrestling with the idea of it, as well as some
organizational issues. I blew this dream off for a few days, thinking
it was of me.
I entered the lower level of the sanctuary, where the fellowship hall
is located, along with the classrooms. A few people, familiar faces
were there and they were near empty desks and tables. All of the
stations/booths were empty as well as the walls, counter to the
kitchen etc. One gal wanted me to come over and I politely declined
and promptly woke up.
November 1, 1999
After the fall festival the night before, I had the very same dream of
the empty fellowship hall.
· This dream has a negative outlook on the fall festival as it does on the church direction generally.
