GENERAL WORLDWIDE EFFECTS OF Y2K
* The world wide effect of the" Y2K Computer Bug" is going to be extremely disruptive - more disruptive than we are perhaps being led to believe! If there was to be an end time fulfillment of the typology of the Tower of Babel, then this is it! Unusual but dramatic and significant dream by Ronald Rodger Caseby on 28th Feb. 1999.
* When the judgment of God hits the Church, prophetic communication through the Internet is going to be cut off. This will not damage the prophetic ability of the people of the late 1990's who will have been adept at hearing and communing with the Spirit of God directly for themselves. CIRCUMSTANCES:
IN THE FAMILY TIME WE DISCUSSED Y2K AND WERE SEEKING THE LORD FOR WHAT HE WOULD HAVE US TO DO AS FAR AS ANY PREPARATIONS WENT.
THE DREAM:
I was in China with a lady that was somehow related to me, but I had never met her before and did not know her name throughout the dream. With us was a small Chinese woman with a name something like LeeMong. We owned a peculiar hair salon that had a restaurant in the back part of it. It was in the center of a huge rice paddy. People could come to us to get their hair washed and get free food also in exchange for working a certain amount of time...I believe it was 8 hours of work. The people did not have running water in their village.
· Seems like China is going to play a significant role in end time economic events and the Y2K Computer Bug. The above passage could be speaking of USA business and trade investment in China and things have been going quite well (in the center of a huge rice paddy). Not having running water may be speaking of lack of liberty for democracy in China which may be tied to the lack of liberty for the preaching of the Gospel. BTW China could be representing the rest of the world outside of America.
One day it was raining all day but the next day it was clear which was rare because it was always cloudy after the rain for at least 5 days. I had to go back to America for supplies. In America I was driving to a city that required me to pass by two large fields. In one of them was a huge structure like a giant odd robot or machine. It was in the shape of a huge kettle drum with large columnar legs. It was metal and shiny. I was very shocked to see it. I stopped the car and looked at it. Even though it was far away, my perception of it was as though it were up close and I could see through it.
· It is quite humorous (to me) that the Y2K Computer Bug is portrayed as a machine bug in this dream (a huge structure like a giant odd robot or machine in the shape of a huge kettle drum with large columnar legs). The place of its origin is the USA.
The large metal drum was filled with many empty rooms and the inside was much larger than the outside seemed to be! On the top of the "kettle" was a golden floor with a throne on it and the top had a rim around it...there were no people in or on it.
· The inner invisible domain of the Y2K Bug in the world's computer programs and communication is much larger than is generally perceived. With regards to the world's massive reliance on computer programs and communication, the computer and therefore the Y2K Computer Bug reigns supreme all by itself.
Next I went back to China. We were in a huge, huge field. A large part of
the field had a wooden fence around it and the people were preparing to build a village there so people could have running water. There was much lumber laying around for the houses.
· The focus is back on China (the world) with regards to American massive investment potential (huge, huge field; much lumber laying around for the houses). Presumably, this advantageous investment potential will be due to the American economy doing very well relative to the rest of the world and especially China and the Asian region. In China this potential is reliant on democratic processes being instituted (so people could have running water).
Then suddenly the "robot" appeared like some monster in the field (God told me the name of the field was "the field of China"...it was the best place to live but no one had lived there for many, many years.)
· If the democratic process is portrayed by running water then "the field of China" represents democracy in China. This is best for the country according to the ways of the world but China has not seen democracy for many, many years. It is at such a time of American economic opportunism that the computer bug will strike!
Then the other American lady and myself were suddenly on the
golden stage of the machine. The leader forced us to bow down to him. The
women around him wore multiple layers of thin cloth. My 17 yr old sister was there but she rolled her eyes and walked off in disbelief. The little Chinese woman was there and began spiritual warfaring through dancing and praising. I also began to praise God. My Uncle Gordon was sitting on a nearby platform and he looked at me in horror because I was the only one who had the courage to do this before the king/leader.
· Looks like America will bow down to, or be significantly disrupted by the effect of the computer bug. Both America and China (the rest of the world) will strive hard to counter the destructive effect of the bug (The little Chinese woman was there and began spiritual warfaring through dancing and praising. I also began to praise God).
The king never looked at me. I suddenly stopped but don't know why. Then the king said "In 3 weeks I will be back and will destroy this place." Then he left. During the 3 weeks my group packed all our things and went somewhere else. At the end of 3 weeks the machine returned and destroyed everything. The legs of the "monster" seemed to have some kind of controls to make the thing walk.
· If the appearance of the bug is from midnight December 31st 1999 then its destructive effect on the economy will take 3 weeks from that date and time.
We returned in a few weeks to help with the rebuilding. Then the machine and king returned. The king said "I am so sorry. I will help your men to rebuild. Here are my men. All of you need to come up here and stay with me for 3 months and then you can go home." DREAM ENDED.
After 3 weeks the world's computer system will begin to recover and in 3 months all will be restored!

Hi There,
I hope your Christ's day was a blessed as ours. I had a short but vivid dream on Dec. 22nd. Prior to this time I had been sensing the Spirit stronger and stronger and grieving for His Presence. I have started weeping in many places, all I seem to have to do is think on Him. He is pressing in on us to receive His compassion in our souls to be His servants. (Heb. 4)
I dreamt that I was fellowshipping with numerous friends. I then had a longing to go walk and commune with Holy Spirit, as I love to do. I walked down the stairs, out the door and into an Old Western Town. Saloons, plank board walks, hotel, the whole scenario. I saw the dirt road going down the middle of the town and the window railings on the building beside me, to my left. I turned around and saw that I had just walked out of a Blacksmith's, it was only one-storey and I had just been on the second floor. It was also in the middle of the Town.
Then all of a sudden there was shouting and celebration all around and I realized it was New Year’s Eve. I still remember the dream I had last year on Christmas Eve for New Year's Eve, it went totally dark and Christ was on a glowing Cross hanging on pulleys or something on a 90 degree angle. It was slowly descending from Heaven on either L.A. or New York. I saw all the lights going out all over the city, and the brilliance of the Cross was all you could see. I saw all this from an all window office skyscraper. Everyone could see it and there was not a sound as it descended. That one hasn't left my memory, .

Dear Paula,
A strange dream that might interest you.
Last night I found myself watching a group of white people who were in rags
and their skin looked as if it had been burned, like that of roasted meat.
The adults and children were in a group of about 50 strong and settled in a
scrub like oasis which had a cow's back shaped and sized stone by the pool
of muddy water. The oasis was in surrounds that looked like lifeless desert
land as far as my eye could see in every direction.
The people gathered there did not appear to be able to speak and were
huddled together in small groups for comfort and protection. I tried to
speak to some of those around but they looked at me blankly, as if they
heard but did not understand what I was saying. Therefore, I assumed that
those present could hear and probably could speak but did not understand
each other and so had for a long time not tried to communicate with
conventional language to avoid frustration.
Their only means of communications appeared to be by picking up handfuls of small stones and dropping them from one hand at different rates, or from
different heights onto the large rock.
I understood that they knew what messages were being sent from watching the stones fall. I was also given to understand, although I could not hear a
sound, that when the small stones hit the large stone the message was sent
to everyone around and to very distant lost groups just like this one
encamped around similar pools with a large stone.
I think I was meant to know that although I could hear nothing myself that
the air was filled with messages from other groups who were trying to find
missing loved ones and to sort out the mass of wandering people into proper
family groups who would be able to speak to and understand each other.
I was saddened by all I saw for it looked as if this was the aftermath of
some terrible tragedy. I was much heartened by the determination of these
people in this place and in the vast wilderness around them to regroup and
work together more purposefully before the dream faded.
Thank you God, for giving us Jesus, your Son, who replaced the mischief of
Satan with His eternal goodness in our sad and sorry world where there is yet
much warring madness and misunderstanding amongst people who care to be deaf to the Gospel and who should know better. Amen.
COMMENT BY PAULA:
The key to some understanding of this dream is in "the aftermath of some terrible tragedy." Add to this the result of the tragedy in the disruption, decimation and division of the tribes and languages in the midst of a comprehensive destruction of some environment and we have the biblical parallel or typology in the "Tower of Babel" (Gen 11:1-9).
To thus make some meaning of the dream with regards to a modern application we need to focus on the dream's dramatic portrayal of the total breakdown of COMMUNICATION. Now we have an application for the near future. This dream is addressing the Year 2000 (Y2K) Computer Crisis.
Ron, for me personally this is the first dream that I have received that directly addresses the Y2K problem, albeit in a hidden manner. I tend to be moved by dreams such as this more than any other means and the dream has left me a little shaken! Your dream is saying that the world wide effect of the" Y2K Computer Bug" is going to be extremely disruptive - more disruptive than we are perhaps being led to believe! If there was to be an end of time fulfillment of the typology of the Tower of Babel, then this is it!
Factor Genesis chapter 11 into the dream and the dream interprets itself! The world's "Tower of Babel Information Super Highway" will fall but there is another "highway" that the D&V List has recently been addressing which will never fail!

Three nights ago I asked for a dream to tell me plainly about the state of the Church right now, and what it's 'right' path should be at this time. I was given this dream:
I was in a largish room with several other people that was pretty bare of furnishings.
· Howard, it appears to me that this dream is indeed in answer to your prayer for insight into the state of the Church. A house or room bare of furnishings is a common portrayal in dreams where the imperfect ministry expression of flesh and blood folks (furniture in God's house) is significantly diminished as compared to the perfect ministry expression of the Spirit. To this effect John the Baptist said that He (Jesus) must increase and he (John) must decrease.
Notably, there was an important (to us) computer system in the room, and maybe some chairs and a table or two. Everyone was very tense about some impending problem. I don't know why, but I was seated on the floor by the single outside door to the room. I would occasionally reach up and grab the doorknob, and pull the door open a bit and look outside. There was a serious storm building up with dark roiling clouds.
· Howard, this passage describes the prophetic ministry to which God has called you. That is, you are a "watchman" or a "seer" in being stationed by the door to open it whenever you want to look out. Being seated on the floor speaks of the humility and meekness that God is building into the lives of His prophetic people and without which there will be too much furniture in the house. Having established God's prophetic calling we can assume that the room/house that you are in is the room/house of God's late 1990's prophetic ministry. The important computer system in the room is most likely portraying the world wide prophetic ministry of the late 1990's which has been warning Christendom of the coming judgment of God (Everyone was very tense about some impending problem).
After a while a storm started and there was the usual level of lighting, thunder and rain. Then the power went out. We were all very concerned because now our computer system was off-line. I have the feeling that this machine was used not only for computations, but also for communicating with the outside world (like a web server). I remember being annoyed with myself, because I actually own a medium sized back-up power supply that could have kept the machine on-line. I was wishing that I had it with me to get the machine running again.
I opened the door and peeked outside. There was an unusually bright flash of lightning, and I closed the door just before the peal of thunder 'hit' the building/room. It was like a bomb blast, but it didn't damage the building. It was very frightening, though. I kept peeking out the doorway and closing it just before a given blast of thunder would hit the building. This went on for a
while.
· The warning of the judgment of God has been effectively going out to the churches through the Internet. However, when the judgment of God hits the Church, prophetic communication through the Internet is going to be cut off. This will not damage the prophetic ability of the people of the late 1990's who will have been adept at hearing and communing with the Spirit of God directly for themselves.
