DREAM BY PAULA
I was purposely walking down this long and wide road towards a building. However, I ended up taking a Daystar seminar with a group of folks on the road itself. The folks were still interacting with me when it was the end of the session. One prominent looking Indian man had just begun to share his insights and so I had to hold the others back so he could finish and also to give him some respect.

The Dream:
We (Daystar Ministry folks) were being asked to look after this little boy. We had gone to see this boy. When we got there we met the boy and his carers on the rooftop of a mulitstory building. The little boy was black skinned and was quite delightful. We decided that the Taylors would be the best ones to take care of the boy as he would blend in with the Taylor boys and look part of the family. This
little boy had a bigger brother who was also black and seemed sad to see his brother leaving but was happy for him. We all took one look at this older boy and said we would take him as well. It was important to us to keep the two boys together. The brothers were very very happy. We knew that while the Taylors who to take the boys we all had a part in their upbringing.

Gavin, most likely the little black boy portrayed the Indian church in Fiji which sent an invitation for ministry email on the same date as when you received this dream. When you read the email below, you will see how the bigger brother could be the Fijian church using the same premises and is working with the Indian church. Good one! Glory to God!

Hi Pastor Cavu,
I was very delighted to hear from you. It is unfortunate that I am not on website
so will keep in touch with you through email. If would like to Mail some
think on Daystar Ministry, I would be glad to go through it. My address is
GPO Box 15895, Suva. Also if you do come to Fiji pls give me a call, and you
are welcome in our church anytime. At present we are working with my Fijian
friends under the AOG banner if Fiji. So we have a Fijian service in the
morning and Indian service in the noon. Hope that we see you soon, so we can
have great time in the Lord.
Also We are Planning to have a Praise & Worship Revival Service sometime in
May or June and if so we would be glad to have you as a guest speaker. I
believe that its time that God wants to do wonder if Fiji as the other
countries are experiencing.

I was so excited to get this email. Only a couple of hours ago I wrote
down a divine dream where I was going on a long road to a place where I
had to conduct the kind of Daystar seminar that I do. Believe it or not,
another brother and I were thinking about coming over in June and we
have sent correspondence to someone from the Western side accordingly. We
have not yet heard from him but I planned to get arrangements moving at
the end of this month! I have to go now but I will write to you again in
detail soon.

Hi Paula:
Last week I had the following dream:
I was riding in the front passenger seat of a car with a lot of people.
There were so many in the car that an unbelieving friend I have known and
been good friends with since high school was sitting on my lap.
She used to have very long, beautiful hair and in the dream still did. As
she turned back and forth to talk to people in the back seat, her hair
swung with her and I got a hair in my mouth. As I pulled the hair out,
there were suddenly more hairs. I began spitting great gobs of hair out of
my mouth and was very disturbed. I thought to myself that I wasn't ever
going to let her sit on my lap again. End of dream.
At first I interpreted this as her hair being representative of what has
passed for earthly and God's glory because God has been stirring me about
His glory lately. He has shown me that His glory is so much more than we've
ever understood.
However, this morning I read Paul's discussion of head coverings and a
woman's hair in I Cor. 11 and began to wonder if this dream doesn't perhaps
address the issue of Christian order/women in leadership, etc. If the
latter is the case, I am stumped and would appreciate your interpretation...

Firstly long hair is the glory of the woman and not the glory of God.
1Cor 11:15
But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is
given her for a covering.
Secondly, the hair has a negative effect in the dream (I wasn't ever going to let her sit on my lap again). The front seat of the car may be speaking of leadership in ministry. (In dreams language, the driver is often the Lord) This therefore identifies with your reading from 1Cor.11 concerning God’s leadership order in the family and in the Church involving women. I am in my backyard a number of times, when I hear this horrid man
constantly yelling at a child, and swearing at it, and just plain mean and
ugly. This is so unusual for my neighborhood and my neighbors.
I wonder if Carol (the person who lives there) has company that has stayed on a few days, and I wonder since she is so gentle and sweet, how she can stand this horrid creature living there, and how she even knows him at all.
Finally, we speak to each other, the foul mouth man asks me if I’ve noticed that they are now living there. I look at him, and though it is out of my character to be so blunt and rude, I say, ''OF COURSE I HEARD YOU, YOUR SCREAMING, SWEARING MOUTH, HOW COULD I NOT HAVE HEARD YOU?.....WHY DON'T YOU ASK GOD FOR HELP?'' I told him that I also used to swear, but that God just stopped me when I asked Him. He actually had a moment of looking softer, and said he did want to change.
There were actually a few adults now living there, and the ugly mouth was also very ugly in appearance. I was shocked to see that he had a huge round hole in the side of this head, where it looked as though he had been shot directly into the temple. I could see the inside of his skull, even though it was healed, there were no insides of his skull, it looked like a very old wound. He was just ugly in so many ways; scars, and many other old wounds which were healed over, but still visible.
These people told me that carol had moved out suddenly, very suddenly, and they suddenly moved in. I said that I could not believe this happened, that she never said a word to me, that the same exact thing happened when she moved in, the previous people just suddenly left....then she moved in.
Then the phone rang, it was very very difficult to hear, but the man said he was a lawyer, and that they had acquired some proof that someone had been viewing pornography on our home computer. that they were going to investigate it, and prosecute. I was crying and telling him this was impossible, our computer screen is facing the entire room, completely exposed, there is no opportunity for such a thing to happen while going unnoticed. Then a woman came to the phone, and was much kinder, but assured me it was true. I asked her, at least please tell me it is not about children, and she said it was about teenage girls. I kept apologizing for not being able to hear well, and I had the phone smashed to my ear, trying to get each word. but it was very difficult........she was patient with my constant requests to repeat herself.
While I was on the phone with her, my legs suddenly became splotchy red, like
if they were covered with blood. I went to lay down a bit, while I was still
on the phone with her, then it appeared that they were normal again. I told
her there must be a mistake, and asked how often they are wrong, and she said
they have a 100% record of accuracy. they are never wrong. end of dream.

Marilyn, this is perhaps one of those dreams that is giving a revelation and an instruction about your situation with regards to your prophetic ministry. It seems to me that the dream is instructing you to really fortify yourself against rejection, ridicule and false accusation. Prophetic folks are not unaccustomed at times to such things. This dream is probably warning you that these things will intensify (the ugly mouth was also very ugly in appearance. )and that you are to prepare yourself for such assaults. The attacks and accusations will come out of empty heads having no substance (there were no insides of his skull). They will come because of the child of God’s apostolic and prophetic anointing and ministries that is in your midst (I hear this horrid man constantly yelling at a child, and swearing at it).
The person(s) involved will be speaking from a wounded condition from their past (it looked like a very old wound). Legalistic religious folks (lawyer) will be particularly accusing you of being involved with evil deceiving spirits (pornography) at this time. You will only be temporarily affected but you will recover quickly through your faith in the power of the blood of Jesus. (my legs suddenly became splotchy red, like if they were covered with blood. I went to lay down a bit, while I was still on the phone with her, then it appeared that they were normal again)

GUIDELINES TO THE POSTING OF DREAMS, VISIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS ON THE D&V LIST.
In the D&V List we only want to focus on what the Spirit of God is saying to the churches in dreams and visions of the sleep state, in visions of trance states induced by God and in divinely given "open vision." The two primary aims for the D&V List are:
1. DECLARATION - Declaring what the Spirit is saying to the churches in Dreams and Visions.
2. DISCIPLESHIP - Teaching Christians to discern the teaching of the Holy Spirit in the interpretation of Dreams and Visions.
Please send in Dreams and Visions that will serve these purposes for the glory of God.
With regards to interpretation, we welcome possible interpretations, alternative meanings, corrections and additions. However, there will be a flow in agreement of that which the Lord is saying in dreams and visions from around the world at particular times. Generally, postings on the List will be done in harmony with the flow of this River. Accordingly, God given dreams and visions need to be interpreted from the content and "vocabulary" of the dreams and visions themselves.
Interpretations must also be made in relation to the whole dream or vision and not to just an isolated part thereof. In this way the D&V List postings will try to avoid any particular doctrinal bias which have no credible relation to the dreams or visions posted. Thus, in order for interpretations and comments from mails to be posted, they will have to contain credible witness from the whole dream or vision and from relevant scriptures.
