* I was sitting in a little boat on 'my' lake, when I heard a voice say, "Look
what I will do." Suddenly, all these underground streams began pouring into
'my' little lake and it became this huge lake. (Like Lake Placid or one of
the great lakes.) Then I was flying very high so that I could watch it
growing and followed it to the New York Harbor. It was so vast, my heart was beating and I could not contain or fathom it all. Another dream on the unprecedented outpouring of the Spirit in the time of God’s end time apostles and prophets by Cathy Phillips on 29th Jan. 2000.
* I think this dream is highlighting the role of the apostolic/ prophetic
ministries like Daystar, which will seek and uncover the mysteries of the Kingdom of God. Perhaps this has been given to us because of the personal leading and intimacy we have with the Lord. I loved the D/V list today! I went back to see the reference again on
#391 and I did not see it available yet. So I will be looking forward
to muse back over that.
Last spring, I shared a dream and I think you were gone for the week or
weekend. As I am preparing to go forth, in my writings this morning I am ever so reminded of this particular dream. Since you were gone at that time,
and the dream was not interpreted could you help me out?
Spring--'99
Circumstances: I had just visited a local place of fellowship and there
was a new pastor there. (At that time I did not know about this I just
went for fellowship.) I was in prayer about going forth in God's Will
in my life as well.
· As the dreamer and therefore being of God’s end time prophetic and apostolic anointing, your going forth in God’s will is also the going forth of the apostolic and prophetic ministries.
Dream
I was walking along a beautiful mountainside range when I met a school
buddy of mine. Her name is Beckie. She took me to go to the top of the
mountain where she resided and we talked about our families and how we
had been since graduation. She told me that she had been waiting to hear from me because she has purchased land on the mountain range just for me. And she had valued our friendship. She began to take me on a tour of the land, at the top
of the mountain.
· Very often in dreams our dear friend is portraying our heavenly friend and Comforter, the Holy Spirit. At other times our friend may be portraying an angel who is the messenger of the Lord. The mountain in this dream could be the Church. Your tour of the land is most likely what the angel of the Lord is revealing to you in this dream about the Church.
Heb 12:22
But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God,
the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are
written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of
just men made perfect,
OLD CHURCH ORDERAND IMPERFECT INHERITANCE - without the foundation of God’s end time apostles and prophets.
The first thing that I saw was a tilled garden that was very large. As
I scanned over the garden I noticed that each plant was growing well and
they were lined in "stakes" to help them stand. (This is how I use
stakes in my own garden to help them grow while the plants are young.)
· The large tilled garden with young plants could be speaking of God’s end time apostolic and prophetic ministries which have only been recently birthed or raised up again in the churches.
The second thing I noticed, as we walked and talked about what we had
been doing since graduation, she showed me her living quarters and a
home she had already prepared for my mother and I to live in.
· Your home that was already prepared could be speaking of the place or position of apostles and prophets in the Church.
John 14:2
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would
have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
John 14:3
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and
receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
The home was sitting under a beautiful range of trees, in a wooded area
much to my pleasure. As we walked in, I noticed some things had been
left behind in the home from the previous owners, but overall it was
well maintained in the Living Room and in the kitchen.
· The previous owners speak of God’s apostles and prophets who have occupied the place or position of apostles and prophets (house) in the Church in the last 2,000 years of Church history. The most prominent ones were those in the Early Church who wrote the epistles of the New Testament Bible. God’s appointed apostles and prophets have largely maintained good teaching (kitchen) and good fellowship and rest (living room) in the Holy Ghost.
As I walked towards the hallway to see the back of the house, I remember
seeing the laundry room. It was there that I noticed a very large line
of stacks of older washer & dryers that were overall very well
maintained. Some had clothes in them as I inspected them and most of
them did not. Only a few were out of order. (I thought to myself?
Geesh, what did the previous owner actually do with so many washers &
dryers?)
· Concerning cleansing unto purity and righteousness (Eph. 5:26-27) in the history of the Church, the ministry of divinely appointed apostles and prophets have largely been “well maintained.” However, a few went “out of order” and some actually made some progress in effectiveness (Some had clothes in them as I inspected them and most of them did not).
Now, here is something more interesting.
As I walked to the back of the house even more I came upon a back deck
leading to the outside. There were many refrigerators. (I couldn't
wait to inspect the food in them and how they worked because of my many
years of restaurant management.) The fridges had "food" in the freezers
stacked nicely and in the coolant side of the fridges some had food left
in them and others did not. Again, they were old. Most of them were
maintained and very few were no longer working. I thanked Beckie again,
but at the same time we continued to walk.
· The many refrigerators with neatly stacked frozen food in the freezers speak of the scriptures that have yet to be opened up for the understanding of the Church in the time of the end (at the back deck of the house).
Dan 12: 8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what [shall be] the end of these [things]?
9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words [are] closed up and sealed
till the time of the end.
10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do
wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall
understand.
NEW ORDER AND PERFECT INHERITANCE - founded on the anointing and ministries of God’s end time Apostles and Prophets.
I could hear, from a distance "construction men" building a new home on
my inherited land high in the mountains. I asked Beckie what was going
on, and she told me this was part of my inheritance too. As I walked
closer to where the sounds of construction was going on, I could
visually see, that indeed, a new home was being built. New plywood had
been constructed and the floor of the home was being layed. Construction for the walls of the home were going up. I knew in my heart it was a time of "New Beginnings."

some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the
time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be

I have not seen Beckie since our school years of almost 20 years ago, I
thought it was strange at this time to have a dream about her, but I
enjoyed talking to her about the events in our life since graduation in
the dream.
Is there any insight you could give on this dream? I would greatly
appreciate it.

Dear Daystar,
I had an awesome dream the other night on Jan. 29, when I first fell asleep.
I was sitting in a little boat on 'my' lake, when I heard a voice say, "Look
what I will do." Suddenly, all these underground streams began pouring into
'my' little lake and it became this huge lake. (Like Lake Placid or one of
the great lakes.) Then I was flying very high so that I could watch it
growing and followed it to the New York Harbor. It was so vast, my heart was beating and I could not contain or fathom it all. I was about to follow it out of the harbor to the sea, but knew that I just couldn't handle it. It was too vast for me. I woke up with my heart beating so hard, I couldn't go back to sleep. I was
not afraid, but I felt the need to pray and read my Bible. I awoke at 11:40
p.m.
The meaning of this is somewhat obvious, but I'm curious if any are having
similar dreams. We have also had many words come forth to our church from
'outside' our church body about increase and harvest, etc. during this time.
My husband and I are in leadership for our church, Heartland Worship Center
in the 'heartland of America'. I know that it was for our church, but I
would like to know if this is really a worldwide occurrence in the Spirit
right now.

You are right Cathy. There is currently a discernible move or work of the Spirit that is bringing great revelation insight into “the deep things of God.” Even biblical prophetic words that have been sealed are now being opened up (cf. D&V Lists Nos.391 & 393). The anointing that accompanies this outpouring of God’s Spirit is that of God’s end time apostles and prophets. This has been the message of many recent D&V Lists.
1Cor 2:9
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have
entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for
them that love him.
1Cor 2:10
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit
searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
1Cor 2:11
For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man
which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the
Spirit of God.
This great outpouring of heavenly revelation is a result of God’s people receiving the anointing and growing thereby in being able to hear God’s direct teaching and guidance.
John 7:38
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly
shall flow rivers of living water.
Cathy, many hearts and many churches, such as yours, are presently being opened to receive of this end time work of the Spirit. Daystar Ministry has discerned this particular breath of the Spirit since the beginning of this year and we have had unprecedented interest and invitation for the ministry locally, on the Internet and in Fiji where we have recently begun ministry trips.
Pss 110:3
Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties
of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy
youth.
Surely, God’s foundation for His end time glorious Church is now being laid down in the anointing and ministries of the apostles and prophets.
Eph 2:19
Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but
fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus
Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy

In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through
the Spirit.

Circumstances: Praying for Daystar direction for the year 2000.
Daystar folks as well as some of my natural family went to live on an estate.
Forming part of this estate was the manor house, which looked like a traditional
English mansion where the owner ( Lord of the manor) lived. We lived in an
ordinary looking building. The third building on this estate was a large white
modern cement building, which was designed to be used for scientific research.
This building had remained fully equipped but unused for a long time.
I went to visit the owner of the estate with a plate of food. Once I arrived at
the door I was immediately shown inside...The owner of estate then informed me
that Daystar ministry / my family had been selected to use the research
building. We were to use the building and facilities to do experiments whereby
we would make new discoveries. For this purpose we had 4-5 years to do the
research.
Some people were surprised that daystar family had been chosen. But when I
thought about it I realized just how well educated in the scientific field we
were.
INTERPRETATION
