Hi Paula and Daystar:
I had the following dream last night (2/13/00) in the wake of the Alaska
Airlines crash in which at least 2 ministers called of God lost their
lives.
Dream:
I was returning home on a commercial jet-liner with at least one other
person. We were not too far out from the airport and flying low on our
approach when a huge military transport passed us, flying low and slowly.
Another plane followed the military transport. What was that? I wondered.
Someone said that the military plane was carrying those 2 boys that were
killed in the crash recently and the plane following was carrying their
families and friends. I remarked that the airport was going to be a zoo,
thinking of all the media that would be there to record the landing and
interview people.
Suddenly we found ourselves taxiing down the freeway still going toward the
airport. Apparently our flight had been ordered to the ground to allow
those two planes to land. We were actually on a very long and wide on ramp
that passed under an underpass before merging with the freeway.
The pilot began to gun the jet engine, perhaps trying to decide whether he
had enough runway to take off before the underpass. He decided not to try
and it looked like we had clearance on both sides to make it under. I
looked at the approaching concrete abutment on the left side of the plane
(where I was sitting by the window). I thought we could make it.
The wing almost cleared it, but didn't. I saw sparks and then flames. As
the plane began to spin I shouted, "God!" Then I said repeatedly, "Thank
You! Thank You! Thank You!"
Then I was suspended in that timeless moment of a catastrophic incident
where you await to see what will happen - life or death. [Several times I
have experienced this and during this time my mind has been active - in the
dream, however, everything was silent and calm.] End of dream.

Teri, it is not uncommon at all for the Lord to use dreams as a means to disciple believers to deal with the fear of death so that the fear of death would not rule in their lives. In this way believers can possess the absolute liberty that is in Christ Jesus which should set them free to do the will of God in all situations and circumstances of life.
Jn 8: 36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
Rev 12: 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Thus the focus of the purpose of the dream is in, “Then I was suspended in that timeless moment of a catastrophic incident where you await to see what will happen - life or death.” You have experienced this before in your dreams when your mind was active or when you had conscious understanding of things. Here you could influence the course of events by your will and therefore could choose to abandon yourself to fear or to trust God with your life even in physical death. (As the plane began to spin I shouted, "God!" Then I said repeatedly, "Thank

Dear Paula,
This is a dream that I had about a week to two weeks ago any insight that
you may have to this I would so much appreciate. Many Blessings to you!
The dream is as follows I was in a wedding and it appeared to me that I was the maid of honor. Now the ceremony was taking place in what seem like the atmosphere of a old English church so to speak. The bride and the groom
were not anyone that I know in the natural. In fact the bride was being
portrayed in the dream by a movie actress( which I had just recently saw a
movie that she was in) the groom I was not really aware of who he was.
· Charlene, as the dreamer and thus being of God’s end time apostolic and prophetic anointing, you are being portrayed in this dream as being of the spirit of Elijah that was in John the Baptist (Mtt 11:14).
Jn 3: 27 John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.
28 Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that
I am sent before him.
29 He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the
bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the
bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.
30 He must increase, but I [must] decrease.
· Thus, the role and purpose of the ministry is also that which was ordained for John the Baptist.
Isa 40: 3. The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the

I remember getting ready for the wedding by getting the dress and all the
things that are needed for a wedding.
Rev 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and
white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed [are] they which are called unto the
marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings
of God.
Next scene we are in the church and the ceremony seems to be over but instead of waiting to be announced the bride and groom went down the isle gazing into each others eyes so lovingly and so happy. Their arms intertwined with each other where they stood side by side...in those hands were candles that were lit.
· I guess the candles speak of the teaching and leading of the Holy Spirit which identify the sons of God who are of the Bride.
Rom 8: 13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit
do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
....in the other hand as it was raised into the air they held a golden goblet, (she had one in her hand he had one in his...both raised in the air) They were so happy so in love and I just watched them as they walked.
· The golden goblets of victory represent the fulfillment by the Church of God’s New Testament Covenant in Christ Jesus.
Mtt 26: 27 And he took THE CUP, and gave thanks, and gave [it] to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the
remission of sins.
29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine,
until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.
Then I was getting ready to go down the aisle as well when I realized that the candle they had given me was not staying lit. So the people in the background were searching for another candle .... I was concerned that my candle would not stay lit but they found one for me and I proceeded down the aisle and that is where I woke up..... when I did wake up I was just feeling so at peace and happy and feeling like what just happened Lord ..... and then just began to pray.
· Charlene, this last portion of your dream is most likely instructing and encouraging God’s end time apostles and prophets to go forth and to preach and do the work of God’s end time ministry. That is, do not let the flame of the candle die!

Circumstances: general prayer for the Apostolic/Prophetic order
Dream: I was in jail or a detention centre. I was due for release. I recognised some of the wardens as people from other churches that I have attended in the past. The wardens were going to a chocolate making demonstration and I would be released while they were away. They all said goodbye to me and off they went. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t care enough to see me off.
Next Scene:
I was about to get married to my Pastor and preparations were well under way. My Pastor (a Fijian by birth) had made me a ‘wedding feast mat’. This was a mat that was made out of flax and bamboo stuff (Fijian things) and on the mat was a pattern of aqua blue flax in a swirl pattern. Apparently this was a real honour for the bridegroom to give to his bride and was a custom with Fijian royalty. I did not appreciate the honour that was being bestowed on me until it was explained what the gift meant. I was pleased that our marriage was so highly regarded.
INTERPRETATION:

The second scene is addressing the upcoming marriage of Jesus to his bride - the church. Jesus is the High Priest and so this marriage will have all that a royal marriage would. Jesus is preparing a place where we can feast with Him and the Holy Spirit (on the mat was a pattern of aqua blue flax in a swirl pattern) for ever.

The dream begins with Carrie dressed in a pure white bridal gown and veil.
She is in an old, dark church with old pews. She is in deep, deep mourning
because she is there for the wake or funeral of her aunt. She sees the body
of her aunt in a casket at the front of the church. While she is mourning, a
cousin comes to comfort her. They both realize that all of the family
members are not there, so Carrie and the cousin leave the room to look for
her youngest sister.
SCENE TWO:
Carrie and her cousin move through one room in the church. The room is
empty. When they get to the second room, she discovers that it is filled
with soldiers dressed in battle fatigues. They are all busy working and
being watched over by a man. This man was very, very tall and dark. He was
so dark that he appeared to be completely black. He was wearing a uniform
like the soldiers and was propped against a pole near the entrance for the
room Carrie and her cousin had to exit. She could tell that he was watching
her every move and that he wanted to stop her from leaving. While looking at
the man, she noticed that he had his head down, but that he was watching her
every move. She became determined that she and her cousin would get through
the room to the next area, and they walked by without the dark man interfering.
SCENE THREE:
Carrie and her cousin go through yet a third empty room in the church to find
themselves outside in the church yard. Carrie sees her youngest daughter and
tells her that she is supposed to be on the inside of the church. This
daughter has been playing and has gotten herself very dirty. Carrie tells
her that she can't go in unless she cleans herself up. The daughter then
reaches in the air, pulls down water and begins to wash and clean her face.
When she finishes, she is clean all over, has on new clothes and she had
become a very small child.(not so in reality, she is actually a teenager)
Carrie awakes from the dream, she still is mourning and crying.

I suppose this dream has a definite general meaning to the Church but it may also fit a local context.
If the “old, dark church with old pews” represents the old traditional church order then the dream is saying that it is being threatened by spiritual death. The dreamer is portraying the Church/Bride of the apostolic and prophetic end time outpouring of God’s Spirit. She is also representing the hope for the old traditional Church order. Being prophetic, she is being shown in the dream that the old traditional church order is effectively empty of spiritual life (two empty rooms) and there is a presence of a force of darkness that will wage war against anyone that will try and reverse the trend towards spiritual death. (the second room, she discovers that it is filled with soldiers dressed in battle fatigues.)
The newest (youngest) ministry to be birthed/restored to the Church is the apostle and it is portrayed in the dream by Carrie’s youngest daughter. The hope for the old traditional church is in God’s purpose in the end time apostolic ministry. In order for it to receive this hope, religious pride has to be conquered by humility as the Church becomes as a little child before God, even as the apostles.

4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is
greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Dream:
I was at the back agricultural area of a country School. There was an orchard there (orange trees I believe) and we were about to get a large storm with damaging hail. We were assembled in an undercover area with army type cots for sleeping. It was an open type shed with no sides and many cots for people to sleep in. As we were waiting for the storm to hit the lights were flickering on and off. All of a sudden the lights went completely out and it was the darkest I have ever been in. When the lights went out, the light was sucked into what looked like a black hole. It was the darkest it has ever been (on earth??). We weren’t too worried and settled down to sleep on our cots with the covers tucked under our chins as the lights went back on.

Hey! Did you get any very serious storm in your locality or state (or nation) not long after this dream? It could be one of those weather forecast dreams that Americans in storm susceptible areas get.

Hi everyone
Just a quick note to let you all know that we survived the storms. The torandos didn't reach us but they made it into Florida so they were not far away. We had some terrible storms and thunder and lightening with no rain. Apparently this is typical tornado weather so we were lucky.
I will be away until Sunday. I am going to a conference where I am a speaker. It is all about diabetes kids camp. 2 of my friends from Brisbane will be there so I am looking forward to seeing them. They have been touring Europe and are stopping here on the way home.
Thanks Murray for the daystar news. We really feel isolated so it helps to know a little of what is happening back home. Hope all is
well with you all and we will e-mail again soon.
