* My eating his food means that I am partaking of the heavenly food that will equip me and those called to this ministry for direct teaching from the Holy Spirit. Therefore this is the right food. The enigmatic part in Jesus’ story:- " then I turned and...." ..."He got the point." I don't know how much this part might be helpful to others but it does concern me and relates back to other dreams where I'd missed the 'point' of the message. Jesus and Ed get me to see that I have now finally understood this message which is about getting the right food inside you before you can feed others. Dear Daystar Team,
I thought you might like to know that since I asked for your help concerning
the recurring dreams I was having about feeding children - I've had an
avalanche of them! Here is one that picks up on the last dream I submitted
to you. Once more I've attempted to interpret it but I may not have done so
correctly therefore I'd love to know what your interpretation is. God bless,

2nd March, 2000
There were several scenes in the dream I had last night.
SCENE ONE. I was with a group of people that were being transported in
some kind of wheelbarrow or a wagon that others were pushing along. They
were taking us down a narrow winding country path. These wheelbarrows had
room enough for just two people to sit in and our legs sort of dangled over
the side. We had to keep lifting up our feet so as not to get them muddy. It
seemed like the further we went down this track the muddier it became. I
was with a man who looked much like the Jesus in the previous dream. This
time he was dressed in modern day clothes, i.e. trousers and top. This was
not a comfortable ride and I was either holding onto or holding up his leg
as we went round the bends in the road. At one point I tried to keep his leg
from getting muddy, but then I realised that this wasn’t necessary. I also
noticed that his pants were already caked in dry mud and I remember thinking
that mud was something he’d already experienced.
Pretty soon we arrived at
the bottom of this winding track and found ourselves in a clearing of some
sort. It was quite an attractive spot. It looked like the kind of place a
tourist coach would halt at for rest and refreshment along the road. A
guide was with us and he immediately started giving us instructions about
what we could find in and around the area. The place itself looked like the
grounds and garden of a stately house.. The house must have been at the
far end of the garden hidden by some trees and I wasn’t quite sure what I
would find there. We were told that we could visit the house and the guide
mentioned that there was a bookshop nearby (a bit like a souvenir shop). He
also gave instructions for those wishing to venture out. He told us how much
time we would need to get back to this point from various pinpoints on the
road. The scene ended.
SCENE TWO I’m standing next to the same man I travelled with. He is
reclining at a table. There is a plate of fish in front of him. Even though
this is his food, I’m busy tucking into it and he doesn’t seem to mind. A
Christian friend, I’ll call Ed, who is a cook, was standing on the other
side of this man. The man was telling us a story, but I don’t remember what
it was about. As he continued his story I heard him suddenly say “…then I
turned and…” As he said this he actually turned towards Ed and his face came
right up to the pointed end of Ed's kitchen knife which Ed was holding
out in front of him. There was a moments silence, then Ed jokingly
finished the sentence by saying “...He got the point.” I would have
laughed but my mouth was full of fish.
SCENE THREE I’m in a kitchen, which I’ve never seen before but I seem to
know it. It was so cluttered up and dirty that I was completely overwhelmed
by the state of it. Another person was there with me and I remember saying
how we should have got someone to come in and clean this up for us long
before now.
SCENE FOUR I’m still in the kitchen and it’s looking a lot tidier than
before. I can now see that food had once been prepared here but it had been
left untouched and now had to be thrown out…seemed like a waste. My children
were in the kitchen and they suddenly shouted that something was scurrying
out of a hole in the wall. I looked to see what it was and saw what looked
like tiny mice running over things. We somehow managed to deal with most of
them, however, one quickly scurried up onto a table. I went after it, and
here the thing just jumped off and started to fly like a bird or a bat.
It went straight for my son’s face and hit him just under the eye. It
immediately started making a hole in his skin, a bit like a woodpecker
pecking at a tree, and I remember thinking, ‘this is a squatter’ I picked
the thing off his face, and here it changed its form again and now looked
like a weird kind of bird. I had a job trying to squash it with my hands, I
therefore took hold of it between teeth intending to crush it, but before I
did, it sent a poisonous dart into my mouth and hit my tongue.
SCENE FIVE I’m back in the place of rest and refreshment and I’m walking
along a country road looking for water to wash my mouth before the poison
from the dart starts to take its effect. I sense that there is water at the
end of the lane, so I keep on walking towards it. End of dream.
POSSIBLE INTERPRETATION BY ANN
The main purpose of this dream is to reveal how after having received
instruction in the heavenlies, our next task is to go down into the valley
(out into the world) to engage in God’s work for the purposes of building up
God’s end time church.
SCENE ONE
Reveals that it will not be an easy task, e.g. long winding road, the
uncomfortable journey, mud along the road might represent the sins of the
world that so easily stick to us and contaminate us.
The mud caked upon the man:- I believe this was Jesus who was showing how
he once bore these sins upon himself and how he is familiar with suffering.
The dream is also showing that Jesus always accompanies those who are moving
out under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
The clearing we came to was God’s provision along the way, an ‘Oasis’ for
rest and refreshment. Here, we found food (instruction) a bookshop
(knowledge)
SCENE TWO
Jesus reclining at a table telling a story:- This represents Jesus as he was with his disciples on the earth and how he continues to be with his followers today. My eating his food means that I am partaking of the heavenly food that will equip me and those called to this ministry for direct teaching from the Holy Spirit. Therefore this is the right food. The enigmatic part in Jesus’ story:- " then I turned and...." ..."He got the point." I don't know how much this part might be helpful to others but it does concern me and relates back to other dreams where I'd missed the 'point' of the message. Jesus and Ed get me to see that I have now finally understood this message which is about getting the right food inside you before you can feed others. What patience the Lord has with us and what a sense of humour too! Many thanks to you Daystar Ministries for all your help in ‘pointing me’ in the right direction.
SCENE THREE
The kitchen scene represents the ministry of feeding (teaching) God’s people
which I am now better equipped to see and understand (having found the right
food) and the first thing I notice is all the clutter and mess that needs to
be cleaned up. I also realise that all this time I had been trying to do
this myself when I should have sought the help of the one who can clean up
the mess, Jesus. I also see how my attempts to feed God's people got
aborted. I had the gift but I wasn’t allowing the Holy Spirit to guide me
with it, hence, it often got wasted.
SCENE FOUR
The horrid creatures coming out from a hole in the wall, are evil spirits.
My idea is that they are part of an evil network that is specifically
assigned to destroy God’s provision for his people. I see them stealing
portions of food, (teaching) and passing them on to other evil beings who
then twist them up and present them in an appealing manner so that
Christians will feed on them. This then causes man made structures and
doctrines based on theories to appear in God’s church. They are not founded
on the word of God and therefore they will not stand on His Holy Mountain.
One of these creatures got up onto a table; This one most likely represented
the strong man. It was exposed and was quickly trying to indwell my son (a
believer). Its purpose was to attack his eyes to keep him from seeing the
things of the Spirit and then to use him to attack those who have been given
God’s prophetic anointing. The fact that I took it between my teeth might
be reflective of the dream I had prior to this one where I saw Jesus with a
big set of teeth (which he obviously wanted me to see for some reason).
Isaiah 41:15 comes to mind “See, I will make you into a threshing-sledge,
new and sharp, with many teeth. You will thresh the mountains and crush
them, and reduce the hills to chaff…etc.
This scene also reveals the tool the prophetic ministers use against the
enemy, i.e. the mouth, the word of God. This is also the place where the
enemy will try to attack us, (verbal attacks), but also a warning for us to
keep a careful watch over the words that come out of our mouths. We may not
always be aware of these fiery darts until the poison is already at work.
SCENE FIVE
My walking towards water for cleansing:- This scene shows that when we are
walking with the Lord we don’t have to worry about anything because God’s
provision for every need is all around us and He is there with us to lead us
to it.

Wow! What a wonderful message in this dream and interpretation! You do
have a wonderful prophetic anointing upon your life and ministry as I
was so excited and blessed as I read your inspiring interpretation.
There was no way I could have done this personal dream justice in an
interpretation in which I was not the dreamer. Thank you so much for
sharing honestly and freely of your life and divine guidance! I pray
that this will minister deeply and constructively into the lives of the
folks who read it! Amen!

With regards to interpretation, we welcome possible interpretations, alternative meanings, corrections and additions. However, there will be a flow in agreement of that which the Lord is saying in dreams and visions from around the world at particular times. Generally, postings on the List will be done in harmony with the flow of this River. Accordingly, God given dreams and visions need to be interpreted from the content and "vocabulary" of the dreams and visions themselves.
Interpretations must also be made in relation to the whole dream or vision and not to just an isolated part thereof. In this way the D&V List postings will try to avoid any particular doctrinal bias which have no credible relation to the dreams or visions posted. Thus, in order for interpretations and comments from mails to be posted, they will have to contain credible witness from the whole dream or vision and from relevant scriptures.
