Brief History
Established in 1976, Tahmero Kennels have bred or owned 34 Champion Golden Retrievers.

We started with our foundation bitch, CH. Danoi Kasia C.D., and our foundation Dog was CH. Sunlodge Hero.

These two Goldens acquired their Australian Championship title and due to their quality, gave us a fantastic base from which to start this Kennel.

We derived our Kennel name from their pet names, Tammy and Hero.

From these two Champions, we bred CH. Tahmero Golden Charmer together with 3 other Champions.


Tahmero Kennels are dedicated to the improvement of the breed, and to this end, all our breeding stock have Hip and Eye certificates. Over the last 24 years, we have seen vast improvements that justify our efforts.
