We are still a mobile audio service; the Christian bookshop resource ends 2009. We provide mail order services. After my 'rebirth' through Catholic Charismatic Renewal in 1977, I, Gerry (BSc, Dip Ed) set up the ministry to provide PA, recording and cassette production to support outreach efforts of the Renewal which were frustrated by poor in-house audio at local venues & over-priced, low-quality tapes. In 1980 I met Frances, who became wife and partner in the ministry, to share the load especially in operating our 'on-the-spot' cassette copying facility. We have 6 children. To improve my skills, I earned a Diploma in Audio Engineering (SAE) in 1989. We rely heavily on the 'hands of God', our clients, to remain an independant & financially viable ministry. Our priority is supporting those striving to live the Gospel message. Due to its physical demands on our ageing bodies, the book side of the ministry ends in 2009. Tapes, and now CDs, recorded by this ministry form an archive of CCR activities in Eastern Australia since 1978 |
