Why did I by it?

The MX-6 has such timeless styling. It has been out of production for 2 years and still looks better than anything currently in its class. It has one of the sweetest engines available (2.5l V6). Has good power and handling. It was also the right price, something that is often hard to refuse.

Notable differences between US and other delivered models.

Headlights - Projector style high beam
Corner Indicators - Clear plastic with orange bulbs
Fog lights - raised chrome surround
Engine - only  V6 
Steering - 4 wheel steer

These features were all standard on the Australian delivered MX-6, one model was offered with the lot from 1992 to mid 1994. In mid 94 the model was spilt in a high spec and low spec. The high spec continued on as previously but with the addition of driver airbag, the low spec omitted the sun roof, 4 wheel steer and air conditioning.
