Little girls love to play "dress-ups".
This child is enjoying her improvised costume, although she has a bit of an identity crisis.
Wired fingers and legs, simple needlesculpting are incorporated in this design.

Felicia was designed for PE - the large doll symposium held in Queensland in June, 2002.
Her fingers are wired and she sports very delicate wings.
