Genealogical site links.

 

These are some of the most useful research related sites that I recommend and use frequently. There are only a few but they are great starting points.

 

Legacy Genealogy Program	I use and strongly recommend the Legacy program for genealogy management and research. It is comprehensive and easy to use. You can download the basic program for free to give it a try.
Rootsweb Genealogy	The best genealogy site on the web. Huge list of links, huge amount of surname and other mailing lists and search engines. Just about everything you need to start from or continue with.
The International Genealogical Index search site.	Since the Mormon Church introduced this site onto the web it has been a great asset to all researchers - and it is free!
Cyndi's List	Another great starting point. Thousands (literally) of links to genealogical sites, databases and so on.
