NOTE: Unless otherwise stated, DO NOT turn off the DVD player during an upgrade!
Doing so during an upgrade will cause your unit to fail!
UPGRADING FIRMWARE
1. MAYA will release new firmware to resellers only.
2. You can download the firmware for MAYA DVD-601 by click the link below.
3. Burn the downloaded firmware onto a CD, disc name must be: MEDIATEK
4. Put the CD into the DVD player.
5. DVD player will autorun and the upgrade screen will appear.
6. Choose UPGRADE option by selecting it with the remote.
7. Wait until the upgrade has completed.
8. Remove CD
9. Upgrade now completed
The following firmware is design for MAYA DVD-601 only.
